Dig into their special strengths. 20 years ago, the first VHS / DVD on special strengths was actually my favorite, I don't think I saw that OG version inside Conjugate Club but I could be wrong!

Would love a video on how you guys ate back in the day, compared to now. There never seems to be much discussion on the nutritional side. I can imagine some serious calories were consumed?
