Even in 2023 this game is way ahead of its time. Two scale scenarios where mechs and human size combatants encounters. Two types of weapons for large size enemies when the player is out of the mech and tools for anti personnel when the player takes control of the mech. Levels allows people dive like Lucio and push on enemy front lines from a vertical standpoint. Titan Fall 2 is gaining popularity exponentially with these videos. It is one of those rare games that gets better with age. I can't wait for a new Titan Fall 3 sequel from Respawn themselves. This game deserves a third opportunity in all its glory. The same graphic engine could be used but levels may be greater, more weapons and more mechs. The mobility of this game can improve for the better too. This is a game that became legendary.
I used to get bullied with the laser at long distances and couldn’t run because I was a legion main now I’m a monarch main and get bullied by archer rockets
@@net343 yeah snipers and the lasers are quite strong in the game but that's a given and phaha there will always be a counter to your counter am i right it's just a matter of outsmarting of outplaying the counter. What i am saying is that you should stick to your Guns and figure a way around the counter(s) :) that's the beauty of this game XD
not really being pilot hunting by a ronin or being spotted by an ion, monarch, tone is a horrific experience get mile too close to a scorch and you'll be burnt alive, you shoot anything a northstar and she will just dodge that and and shoot her ordnance at you, legion has a sneeze gun and over 100 bullets to back it up if he misses
@@netherpork well legion literally stabs through your titan and northstar tears apart your titan. All executions are brutal in their own special way I guess.
Pro tip for someone who plays a lot of frontier defense. I highly recommend the softball. It clears mobs nice and easy and with amped weapons it can do good damage to titans but you do you :D
Smr sidewinder + 100$ weapon up is mathematicly best pilot weapon in the game . both to grunts/1 hit specters/ 3hits and reapers 1 mag and TITANS. 5-12 mags

It's the drones on this map. If you have enough sentries (or someone keeping them up), that is the kind of score you'll get with that placement. That's all. Anything else is up to the player of course!
Warfrog101 legions frontera defense camp is confusing because he has all these aggressive abilities like power shot and he gets the most tame camo? “Confusion intensifies”
Warfrog101 yup,just the most aggressive titan gets paired with a BLUE camo when the rest are around the lines of dark red/black lol and I do wish there were some trading system for these limited edition skins or if they were around longer because I regret not buying that ronin and monarch camo with every ounce of my well-being.
@@zabrininanmd yeah...one of the unfortunate poor attempts by Respawn... They should definitely bring them back. I don't think they'll do anything further with this game unfortunately.
I got this game 3 to 4 years ago and never tried FD. Mp always ended up attrition and lately its been nice to get the other game modes but also been trying frontier defense and been running legion. Been fun! Just got executioner which has been so nice
Still will to keep certain teammates alive. Ronin players are usually a direct exception. If I ever get back into normal matches again, I might help them..
I'm sorry, if you're not using overcore and sensor array in frontier defense with Legion then you aren't playing it right in my eyes, Smart Core needs to be off cooldown as much as possible so you can feel like Arnie in Terminator 2 for as long as possible.
@@Warfrog101 very cool, thanks for answering ^_^ I had moved away from TF1 despite my love for the game. Just too many issues. Now ive jumped into TF2 on a whim and Im hooked again. Scorch is max, Legion nearly so. Think I might run Northstar next.
Short range power shot when the enemy is down to less than half of their last bar section of health before they go into doom state will completely destroy them instead of just going into doom state.
Yeah...been a bit absorbed into Minecraft on PC with the Skyfactory 3 mod in my little bit of spare time during this holiday time. Needed a mental break by filling it with something complicated again. (I know that doesn't sound right, but it works for me!)
My head is spinning, literally. I have to play with a high latency at the lowest with about 180ms because I play over a LTE connection. I am from South Africa and living on a farm.
I can generally imagine this. I'm in the US and have played with some folks on the Europe side of things and, of course, I had the worst ping somewhere close to yours. ....makes one hell of a difference. Hang in there!
bruh I feel old this vid is 2 years I feel sad not playing this game after I beat the campaign on master difficulty I still feel unaccomplished in this game
I can go as far as to down vote it. lol.. But anyways. I appreciate it. Even if this wasn't my best example of using Legion. I prefer my Legion-ing in style video over this one.
you need to switch to the penetrating ammo more, especially during a core, and especially this map where you can shoot down lanes with multiple titans. One shotgun shot with the pen ammo hitting 5 titans will just about give you a full core from 0%
god with nuke titan so take a minigun A: k make it bigger A:ok put on a giant robot A: ok? and put an AI who can't aim in it A: wtf and put a nuke on it's back so blows up when it dies and traps you on the tiniest edges A: your a fucking monster
Anyone els agree that titanfall 2 frontier defense isn’t harder then frontier defense in titanfall 1, it was a locked difficulty and from the time i played it i never beat it once
Oh! Good stuff good stuff! If you've never played either Titanfall, I highly suggest you go through the campaign at the recommended difficulty once you've completed the gauntlet. Gauntlet is pretty much the first part of the campaign. This game is about MOVEMENT. Training and gauntlet will give you that taste. Campaign will give you the rest of the variety + an awesome story!
btw...if you are getting this on xbox one or pc, do not be afraid to invite me if you friend me and see me start a game. Just remind me who you are as I can't always keep up with everything! I can give pointers and decent strategies and a start to advanced movements. If I can't answer something, I can point you in the right direction. I'm quite the Titanfall series vet. ;-)
