The full title of the message is "Parashat Behar/The Jubilee - Setting the Captives Free and Bringing Reconciliation and Unity to the Body of Messiah". It is about the essence of the Jubilee to bring freedom to the captives (evangelism) and equality/unity to the community (One New Man). In other words, how Jewish outreach and the work of reconciliation in the Body Messiah go hand in hand.
