People the conviction was squash not the actual case. There is more to this case than we the average citizen knows and protesting at the courthouse not going to make matters better. The Privy council reviewed the case and see that there is enough evidence against the artiste, that's why they sent it back to Jamaica Justice system to either free him or retry the case. If there was not enough evidence the Privy council had the power at that time to dismiss the entire case. Remember The Jamaica Justice system and Privy council coordinate with each other so we don't even know if a final decision was already made on this case before the court of appeal date.
