Yo random, editor here. Thanks for the comment. I use Filmora for video editing and Photoshop for thumbnails. I started using Filmora when I was a beginner myself and sort of got stuck with it. It is quite beginner friendly, and it can do almost everything, but every feature will generally lack more advanced options that Premiere or Final Cut have. I have been overall happy with it until recently when, with every update, I started encountering more and more bugs, even critical ones that wouldn't get fixed by a fresh reinstall. I'm currently still using it with a temporary fix, but I'm looking into tranisitioning to Final Cut, because Filmora has shown to not be reliable. If you're looking for something to just start and practice editing immediately, Filmora is decent. However, if you're looking for a long-term reliable tool, it's better to invest in learning one of the industry standards: Premiere Pro or Final Cut. I've heard good words about Da Vinci Resolve too, which is free as far as I know and a very solid tool used by lots of professionals. Hope this helps. Cheers!

@@ZorgoHS Hi LoLeander thanks for sparing some time to answer me It's an incredible coincidence that we have the *exact same problem* , since I'm using Filmora too I honestly don't know if this feature is legit but I paid around 70 bucks and they're charging me 20 bucks monthly I've grown tired of this practice since (I believe) the 70-buck-purchase was a one time buy, have forever iirc That added to what you've already mentioned which are the bugs. I will dive into more of this and hopefully I can give Da Vinci Resolve a try Again thanks for your time. Keep up the good work!
