Always get at least two guarantors and investigate the guarantors capability to pay. The judge is always repeating all you stated above and the guarantor too. I keep learning on the show

There was never a plan for building any boat [ gave 50k to the man's younger brother, said the boat constructor absconded just because of one boat? , said he already paid for registration without seeing the boat,etc],; he needed money for his wedding, and decided to defraud this man. One thing I have learnt from many episodes of the Justice Court involving money; is that people take money from others to offset personal things, the monies collected are never used for the said purpose.

The defendant is economical with the truth and he is not being sincere, how can you spend N1.7 million naira and you don't have any receipt or document to show as evidence? That is absurd, he need to pay the chief to the last Penny. He betrayed the trust of the Chief.
The guy I gave a total sum of up to #1.5m to handle fish farming for me duped me also. He was just my barber. I thought I met someone honest and gave him a chance but the disappointment was shocking. I can't even locate him today.

Me I gave someone 60k after he never got help from his rich friends and his wife was pregnant and in the hospital for delivery only to be told its through Cs and I was the last person he contacted and rendered help... Day to pay me he blocked me WhatsApp infact all social media. One day he ope and send me sms. I told him because of my 60k kenyan money he will be eating from duping people and his death will come from it. After 4 months he duped his biological father 4million kenyan shillings. He finished it before months and he is still meeting alot on his way.

The show is really great I normally watch the American ones but this is new and refreshing. However for future shows if the plaintiff should not wear there mask under their chin, whilst the case is being heard and place it to one side on the desk it will look more visually pleasing 😊.

One thing I like about this court is that they always accept the whole transaction story. I haven't seen a situation where the other parties will object to the story. See what we are doing to those God has placed on our path to help us. We Africans easily trust our friends and relatives, the end result is always distrust.
