I'm Chinese and those pics of grown-up Meiying belong to another Chinese actress who shares the exact same name with the actress of Meiying. Unfortunately, I can't find any recent information or pics of the real Wenwen Han, so she's probably not in the industry anymore I guess.
The writers actually planned on calling it “The Kung Fu Kid” (or something like that) but the higher-ups wanted to piggyback on the popularity of the original Karate Kid movie so they changed the name.

It's a different Han Wenwen, the photos they put in there is Han Wenwen (Vivian Han) who is the wife of Ken Zhu (from the original Meteor Garden) not the one who starred on The Karate Kid 😂😂
