right before the scene changes, pause the video, u will see a slightly dullened version of that scenario, then u can see, there are some heavy supportive bars or metals behind it. so it's probably some sort of billboard like structure that's used, the main part itself being string lights or something similar, arranged and shaped into forming his face, the whole thing rests upon the balance of those metal structures. how a billboard poster would be held up.
