OMG!!!!!!! I JUST ATE THERE ON SUNDAY....THE FISH IS THE BOMB! KACHUMBARI, SUKUMAWIKI, PLANTAINS COOKED IN COCONUT MILK AND SPICES, CHAPATI, YES, YES AND YES. I WAS SO FULL AND SATIATED. With that said, we've covered this topic of Italian cooking Italian food, and Chinese restaurant cooking Chinese food kind of topics, one too many times. This is a 90's kind of story yet we are in the 21st C. Give us some unique achievement stories for example the likes of the Australian Senator, Lucy Gichuhi; the Tesla Engineer, Charles Mwangi or even the Huffington Post writer Washington Osiro and many more. Please break the monotony of Kenyan cooks or teachers abroad. Still, always a great watch.

I am surprised that its easier to start a Kenyan to start a business in US than in Kenya. The number of licences you are required to have hear and the harassment from Kanjo and KRA kills the business even before it starts.
