A couple points you missed: when compared to cyborg, slapsticks is MUCH more cost efficient Cyberpunk also has extremely good talents, being slow up, survive, and cost down The slow up talent specifically is one of the best talents in the game, giving a single cyberpunk over 50% slow uptime and allowing 2 cyberpunks to perma slow (when withought talents it would take 4) Otherwise though, insanely great vid! Keep it up!
This is meant to be a guide for beginners. Getting Slapstick cats requires an Elder Catfruit, definitely not a beginners item. Same with talents, you have to progress to about mid game before you can start really unlocking them.
Good point, I guess I didn’t think of that when I wrote this, cyber talents are still relevant when considering his strength though even if you haven’t unlocked them yet
For the super rare tier list, I’d swap catophone with rich cat. I feel like the extra money at the start of a level for a 1 slot combo is way more useful than anything that catophone can do
Nah its not that hard to get 1 level. All you need to do is to get a little bit of cash. Cat jobs on the other hand I would consider uber tier super rare just like cyber
Boogle content is always super helpful. One thing is that rodeo is great for relic debuffs (With talents) and miter saw cripples all alien stages. other than that, sifu true form is worse ramen. Basically dont do what i did and rush uber true forms

Why do battle cats youtubers who are trying to help new players represent cats by their true form which will be unrecognizable to the people they're trying to help rather than presenting them by their base form to be more easily recognizable by newer players?

Cyber is my first tf, and I got mitama out of luck, those two are just a match in heaven, almost like immediately stacking two of them if you stall correctly, kinda funny that the oracle is protecting a cat from the future lol
I actually dont think that its a bad idea to tf flamenco cat into bellydance cat, and its because she is actually a really good anti aku unit with talents, of course that cat should be one of the cats that you'll true form last cause you wont have that many problems against aku in the early game unless you want to beat aku cyclone, I might put aku cat into the get later tier list cause she isnt a low priority cat exactly
We’ll you also can’t get her tf until you beat SOL so it wouldn’t really fit in a beginner guide for key gachas. But I agree that it is worth a mention atleast
The problem with Chill cat is that in the moment you obtain it (before-during Into the Future) its absolutely useless against the normal alien enemies because of the range, but pretty useful on CotC for the shorter range of the star aliens, yet still, it doesn't cover the fact that he is pretty replaceable in quite a lot of situations (yet he finds his use in CotC... sometimes...)
First time I've watched this, I was so early in the game that I didn't know a *SINGLE* thing about any Unit mentioned alongside their importance in-game. Now, I'm almost past ItF 2 and on my way to Saint Red Fox and I definitely know now how it feels when you don't have a key gacha unit compared to when you do. Rare units I have rn are Ramen, Sanzo, Catassaurus, Thaumaturge, Catellite, Psycho, E.Duelist, Chill Cat, Pirate and pretty much all the others at the bottom. As for Super Rares, I have Cyberpunk, Can Can, Pizza, Fishman, Seafarer, Housewife, Cat Jobs, Nymph, Bath, Bod and Cat Base. I really need Octo, Roe and Slapsticks atm.
@@Depreso9 On my main account I was at about SoL 40 / CoTC 2 when I stopped, now I'm in another account mostly just chilling and not playing too much as to not get tired of it.
Man his voice hits hard, some real nostalgia crazy to think how he carried me through the game, on UL 27 Rn and almost 4 crowned all of SOL, just need to beat thirst for vengeance and then smooth sailing

15:23 As for these I got Pizza Cat and I literally don’t have to think about the black traited enemies. Then I got Cyberpunk and he’s good but definitely not my favorite.
I wanna mention Can Can is so so without talents. I had a level 40 +2 and it would die to the simplest aliens and reds. However after upgrading its attack, defense, and speed it has become sorta what people praise. Though it has a sorta long attack animation.
yknow this would’ve helped 2 weeks ago when I started I SOLD LEGIT EVERY ONE OF THESE UNITS FOR EXP MORE THAN 1 TIME EACH (except for hip hop) But I got emperor cat so ig that’s cool Ty 8 aniv :D
I was incredibly uber-carried when I started playing again years ago. I never had or leveled any of these cats except cyborg, just blew through everything with Aphrodite, Kasa Jizo, and Catman (and a couple others i don't remember the names of off the top).
Elemental Duelist and Courier cat both have very similar DPS with Courier being slightly better, Duelist has higher health, faster recharge by two seconds, faster attack rate, and is cheaper, it only really loses in movement speed, range, and having single target, so it isn't as clear cut as one being better than the other
This is good tip i got cameraman to help me progress in itf 1 and sol and cameraman helped me grind exp to upgrade artist to 30 in 2 to 4 star early begginer/subchapter stages because it gives good exp and more exp with prof cat jobs 1 slot cat combo and also helped me grind cat fruit/seeds for artist and just now I got ramen

I would say if your in the later game (uncanny legends/very late SOL and cotc) catelite and rodeo are more of a priority. Docter cat could be good but rodeo is better against relics. Shigong is a really useful anti zombie meatshield so you should try getting him around the into the future zombie outbreak time. Acrobat cats are really good against tanky decent range angels. I would say the should be higher. Robot cat is hust plain trash though. Ut really depends on the situation your in and how far you are. But if you are more early in the game, try sticking to his list
My first true form was for artist cat cuz I just really liked it. It also carried me until I got mighty bomburr in ch 1. Now I want to get catasurus cuz I'm stuck in a metal stage in stories of legends. That metal seal is very anoying. Then I plan getting camera man cuz idk I just wanted to get it. But now I know what I will get after camera man.
beat CotC1; am about to finish SoL; beat Realm of Carnage, Queen’s Coronation, and their revenge stages; got Gaia the Creator TWICE and I still haven’t rolled a single Kotatsu Cat
I swear people don't give maximus the respect he deserves, Now I might be bias because he was the first true form I got, but he got great hp, fast atk speed, and a fairly low cost. Plus, it is just nice to have a semi strong cat to not just have a stand still in the middle if a game and make it longer
The fact that I'm user rank 3600 and I still haven't gotten Hip Hop Cat or Pizza Cat in the rare capsules in absolutely depressing. Becuase of this, I'm struggling with the black trait, And I'm also struggling with general usage. Thankfully, I did get D'artanyan on a platinum ticket roll (wow I was lucky) which helped me in some stages. However, like I said, I'm struggling very much becuase I don't have these two units. I can't also really find a way to get rare tickets right now for a chance of getting Hip Hop and Pizza, since school exists. I have 782 cat food right now, So I couldn't get a draw on the superfest. Right now I'm just waiting for a 750 cat food discount so I can do a cheap 11-draw, but I may have to wait a few months for that. I'm really hoping to get those 2 super rares. Edit: Still no Hip Hop
The catfruit tfs I have rn are pizza, jiangshi, and jurassic(it was also my first) and they’re serving me pretty well pizza is VERY tanky which is nice
Some great ones off the top of my head, Can Can speed, double bounty, ATK, HP Cyberpunk slow Camera Survive, ATK, HP, crit if needed Pizza wave, ATK, HP Sanzo angel target Catasaur crit Housewife savage blow etc. I plan on doing a whole video diving into talents for the key gachas and stuff.
It would be appreciated if you put the previous form so that people know what cats to upgrade instead of just seeing the true form and not knowing what it is

At the time I am watching this video, I have TF, Chill Cat, Cyborg Cat, Cameraman Cat, Corrupted Psychocat, Can Can Cat, Octpus Cat, iCat and Pizza cat. I probably will prioritize the better cats that I have not True Formed, So when I do I will reply to my own comment, saying what I have then!

Just my opinion, but I feel like Octopus Cat should be up the list. Granted, everyone is different. But Octopus cat is extremely useful both against floating enemies (which there are a lot of, especially when you consider the mixed trait enemies like the cyclones) and for its ability to block waves. Otherwise I agree with your list.
