The Key - Royal Caribbean - Is It Worth It  

The breakfast has some higher end choices. Steak and eggs or crab benedict.

Just got the key and very excited. It was sold out immediately when we booked and after checking daily six or more times a day, it was finally available again. I think this will be a huge bonus since it will be the inaugural cruise of the Icon. Thank you for your opinions on it.

Hi. Do they go on sale? We’re going to Anthem if the seas and right now it’s showing it’s $48.99 per person and can’t justify that for this price.

We’ve been getting the key every year and so far, in our case, it has been worth it. Of course each family/couples should look at this in detail, but the reasons why it is worth it is due mainly to 3 reasons - we always got internet packages thus part of the cost is a no brainer here - private times for most hard to get activities onboard - VIP seating for reserved shows All other perks IMO is still good, but because we have cruised before the key existed we know you really do not need it or will not hamper your cruise time just because you cannot have lunch/breakfast or even take your carryons… Also, we have been lately traveling on “newer” ships and the key has been fully integrated with newer ships. Lastly, do not get the Key if you believe you will be recognized or if employees will go above and beyond just because you are part of the key program. Though RC advertises the Key as an elevated experience, this program is more of streamline package rather than a luxury experience that you get with Higher room categories.

Just got the key. Our first cruise on the Wonder of the Seas

Great overview of the Key and glad I come across your video. We will be on the Odyssey of the Seas for a Transatlantic sailing. The Key is $25 per day for 14 days. Do you think this is a worth at that price?

Whats the difference between giving porter your luggage for a few dollars vs luggage benefit from the key?

Can you bring all your luggage to the drop off? 2 suitcase, and 3 carry-on bags?

I’ve heard you have to get a ticket for the tender boats…do you still have to do that if you have the key?

Hi , cabin of two is n quantum of the seas . We have purchased the key, our check in time is 2pm will we miss the lunch or can we check in earlier ???

Why wouldn't you just leave your luggage with the porters?

When you get the key for two people in a cabin, do you both get your own internet access? Just one to make sure it’s not 1 log in for the both of us.

We were thinking of getting the key for our trip we are a family of 4 and for our 7 day cruise it would cost us $700! Not sure the cost is worth it, your thoughts please?
