Hi Jack, I play jazz and use a mix of scales and arpeggios to get very melodic lines. I totally agree with your approach. Keep up the great work!

I'm starting to understand the altered scale and when it is played because of your teaching... just am curious when you would use the diminished scale instead of the altered scale on the turnaround... I guess if you don't have altered chords...? But that seems too simple...thank you!!!!!
