My family has worked for Marshall's for alot of years so they know a good job and they all say they haven't seen a better landscaper, love watching your installs
..learning a lot from these videos , ....never trained on the civil side , ..served my time mechanical , ..however prefer to work with my rock work in my garden and getting lots of ideas , ..thanks again , ...
Your work mate is outstanding came across your channel around two weeks ago, I can’t usually sit there and watch things on RU-vid for more than 10 mins, but to watch what you do and how much passion goes into to it, the end result shows how much you love your job. Keep up the great work guys
Nice to see that technical aspects are similar in other parts of the world. I do hardscapes near Niagara falls in Canada. The big difference I've noticed is drainage. Likely because we have to be very aware of frost damage. Very nicely done
I dont think I have ever watched a 1hr video on RU-vid. Absolutely need to see more. Another proud owner of a beautiful garden painting for many years to come.
I'm watching from the US. You do such beautiful work! I'm glad Jacob is working with you. I expect he's also a perfectionist who has his father's eye for detail.
Hi Lisa, that’s so kind! Thank you for the support. Great to hear people as far as the US are watching what we do. Thank you for the comments about Jacob too, he’s doing amazing
What a craftsman it is great to watch your work, you are definitely a perfectionist with a passion. Your the best I’ve seen on RU-vid and you jobs are perfect. I myself do landscaping, tree work, fencing, you have made me be more passionate at what I do and I would love to work with you. My projects are nothing like yours but you are honestly giving people more confidence and to be more passionate in what they do. Keep up the master craftsmanship mate your great to watch
Another brilliant video. Really like how you blended the patio and steps by shaping the slabs to suit. Let the the two areas join up perfectly. The way you marked the curved slabs (using the spirit level) where steps met the patio was brilliant, made it look so simple and quick. Well done and thanks for sharing.
You have an amazing eye for detail lad, and the workmanship is another level buddy, I’m pretty good and confident at trying new things, started landscaping 5years ago and love my job and that’s something I never could say about previous work, I’m in the trade for life and hope I could become almost as good as yourself lad
I never get fed up of watching you guys. You never fail to turn out amazing, beautiful gardens. The attention to detail is amazing. That young lad is is gonna be great! obviously taught by the master. I’m glad you did film it. Congratulations to you all. Can’t wait for the next one.
I'm old, so I prefer the more natural look of flowing curves and natural stone, but I think you have done a superb job of combining the traditional and contemporary methods of landscaping to a pleasing effect, and your attention to the little things makes the whole complete
Really love this episode great content and it’s really nice to see you giving young Jacob a chance in life and with you being his mentor he’s going too be shit hot very soon that’s great to see 😊😊😊😊
Brilliant work guys, was laying Indian sandstone today just 900x600 bloody nightmare them slabs so many different variations in size was painful 😖. Also 100% agree with the curves in a patio takes more time but adds so much more Character to the garden 🪴. 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼
Glad you did decide to film this one Matty, it was well worth waiting for. Young Jacob is coming on a treat, being taught by the master. You must be so proud of him mate.
Thank you for sharing how to build a traditional garden. Your workmanship is first class. Sandstone and real grass are perfect match, much better than artificial grass in this project. I love the design of this garden very much.
HI matty , before i watch your videos with my Phone Alone , now in tv with familly reunion around brock Stone Chanel, Thanks for you matty to bring us good moment , from France god bless you family and team Peace .
Love seeing any of the work you do, really like the curves! I learn so much from watching and re watching your videos 😂. Thanks for sharing your work with us.
Glad you filmed it matt fantastic job again attention to detail second to none why cant everyone do a proper job like your crew Can see the passion in your face mate keep on doing it right
As I've said before, top work mate. If I can give you a little tip... I use brick clamps to do heavy blockwork, you can set them up great for a block and it'll leave a perfect 10mm joint every time. Takes the weight from your hand and makes it a breeze to do. My clamps are only good in one direction but once you figure the direction you'll be flying and feel like you have laid 300 bricks instead of 300 heavy concrete blocks. Have a great day 😉
These guys are some of the best landscapers I have seen. I work in the building industry and struggle to think of anyone better. The quality is top notch.
Very kind words. Thank you! I really love my trade and try to better ourselves year on year. I’m not sure where we rank, we just stay in our lane and do what we do. 👍👍
Cracking job mate, glad you shared that one. It's great to see the skill involved in that traditional style. Your lad is doing well, chip off the old block. First class as always. 🧱👍🏻
Sweet. I love that wall. Great job guys...again. Keep the videos coming. You keep smashing the jobs. You always put your heart in every material you touch. Even the smaller jobs. Lovely.
I’ve watched 2 of your jobs and your attention to detail is 2nd to none great work and brilliant final product happy new year gonna watch all your videos next year 🍾🍾
Lovely result there lads, your lad did a grand job with the steps, it's not easy to get the curves and sweeps right, doesn't always go down in reality as on paper, simply doing what you, and your team do best 👏👍
I moved to Anglesey with my family in 2010 when my business went bang in the recession we had a caravan up her lost everything but we built ourselves back up to a degree
I need a job done in Spain ( if your up for it ? ) I don't even need to be there. Total trust and would probably be better than I could ever imagine it.. You the man.
Superb Matty been treating yourself to some new wheel barrows them belle warriors are best in the business. Hope putting sun cream on the head bigman. Not had much sun on that job by the looks. Sons step was very well done indeed. Great teacher he has there. 🤟🤟
Cheers mate. Yeah got 2 more on the last job, they are the best. Tried them Vaunts and they’re 💩 had one of the Belles about 7 years and still going strong 💪 Thanks mate, he’s doing great 👍
Don't know how much you are charging, but I can tell you that you boys are earning every penny. Every mm is accounted for and done to the same standard. Everything is outstanding from start to finish.
Matty hope you are well nice to see your lad doing well like father like son.You always seem to achieve a superb job always that extra mile if design and install. If Jacob learns off his Dad he will be one of the best around. Great video as always enjoyed it. Justin 👍👍👊👊🧱🧱🧱🏴
Nice job once again. Looks great. More my style of materials. I still have lots of demand for indian stone and rustic brick though porcelain is becoming more affordable and gaining traction. Surprised you prime the slabs though. Failsafe? Nice to see proper soil prep and compost. Big tick from me fella. Trad is good.
Thanks Ed. Enjoyed it myself. I never used to prime the Indian stone, they’re so thin now that I prime them to be safe. Probably OTT but airing on the side of caution 👍
