Forgiveness and letting go of bitterness does not mean you have to allow them near you or continue to hurt and try to destroy you. I keep away from evil people. As a woman I cannot keep myself safe from a dangerous man. I will not put myself in danger. It doesn’t mean I hate it means I keep safe.
I have truly been enjoying these sermons. They have encouraged me in some many different areas of my life. If I ever come to Glenarden, I will definitely visit this church. Please keep posting these!!!

You probably don't know how your sermon dealt with those feelings that I'm going through in my life as I speak! Concerning my job, and the way I feel about having to quit! I allowed satan ( and myself) lose after all the work I had done to do God's plan for my life ! Thank You . This is so true I used to pay everyone back for what they done to me. I learned to bless people instead of repaying them back. God will always make it to where you even witness it or hear about it💯.

May I not have bitterness in my heart and I have sinned I pray for Lord's forgiving me.These situation's In life 🌹 I encountered I know 🥰 That without Gods favor in my life suicide is not even president in my life. I'm a true believer that the Lord 🙏 Jesus will always fight my battles. I let go of being mad year's ago.Jesus is my way maker and he's in charge of all things and I have always will love 💕 everyone.
Amen yes Lord I mess up to . I wish peace with all of my heart to this nation, Cause something bad is brewing in the air. I can feel it. The holy spirit feels it. Holy spirit help us now. In time of tragedy
How powerful is that I praise God for this message at the end if no one hurt us how we will learn to forgive that the blessing in disguise to teach us to love the unlovable one

*Bitterness gets a bad name, it should be used sparingly. But sometimes being bitter is natural, like bitter herbs or medicine is necessary and healthy. Being bitter is better than being overly-sweet and then rotting.*

Danielle M. I hear you girl. Been there. Think on this-- Every time you have a problem with agreeing with God's word, in this case forgiveness, look at Jesus. He never sinned, he only told the truth, he did great and might works to show us God's goodness, for an entire world full of sinners (past, present, future, you and me etc.). Yet, his dying words were forgive them Father for they don't know what they are doing. While he was dying he was in forgiveness mode. He became sin and died so you could have forgiveness from the Father. So, if you meditate on that love and forgiveness, I believe you will be able to do the same. Holy Spirit, I pray that you reveal God's love, grace and forgiveness to Danielle so she can shine the light of Jesus in every dark situation she will ever encounter. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
David was gangsta! Lol! However, God had a plan for his life and His eyes were upon David's wrong doing...Just like He's watching every sinful act and reads every sinful thought that enters our mind.Let's be better and not bitter.We need to be aware and not angry.God is able!
I adopted a battered child, she was 9 when I adopted her. she is so bitter about her terrible ordeals that she cannot see the here and now, she is so argumentative that people avoid her, she is ungrateful and critical, and she cannot see the people in her life that have her best interest at heart. she is angry and bitter to the core. her life is going to be difficult because of her bitterness.
Prov 14:10 ' Only the person involved can know his ( or hers ) own bitterness or joy - no one else can really share it '. LBV Bitterness / Unforgiveness is unproductive.
