Sounds like Jack's childhood was boring as hell. Being a child delinquent is all the fun of being a child, because you're just a little shithead and you're not going to get into any real trouble, egging/throwing stones at houses, climbing around on buildings, lighting trashcans on fire, running from mall security/cops, getting into fights etc. is what made my childhood extremely fun, feel bad for him.

Achievement Haunter? WANT. I know of an old Quaker church, oldest West of the Alleghenies. Supposed to have been used, after it was abandoned, for all sorts of occult/psychic/drug-fueled/sex parties. Some of the creepiest inscriptions on the tombstones, too.
