A bright light has gone out, but Cala’s sweet little voice will go meow for eternity! 🌟😿 Cala's human, Elizabeth, adopted Cala thinking she was very young. I too believed she was just a kitten. But after Cala became sick, her age became apparent with the problems the vets discovered, and after doing some tests they suspected she was around 12. Although they were optimistic & Cala fought hard her condition was not improving & she ultimately passed away in Elizabeth's arms due to old age. Please join me in thanking Elizabeth for adopting Cala - for taking her off the streets, giving her a home & for sharing Cala's unique antics with the world. She brightened all of our lives, and she will continue to do so even though she is no longer with us. Elizabeth had this to say “You all have allowed Cala to live on forever. I'm a 55 year old male who has tears in his eyes right now for little Cala, and all the other furry family cat pals I've known over the years since childhood...Pussah, Misty, Finbarr, Humphrey, Smudge, Mickey, Mandy, Fergus, Hamish...forever in my heart. And nowadays I have little Bella keeping me company, a beautiful Bengal girl who was born in Italy but somehow made it to Scotland where events led to me giving her a home. She goes everywhere with me, on walks to the beach and a nearby botanical garden. Every cat I've ever known have all been very different little characters. I loved you all and carry your memory in my heart with me always.

I had set a routine on my Alexa to play this song at 6pm every night. I have 2 cats, and tonight I saw on the CCTV footage one of my cat, Biscuit, singing along with the song. My 19 month daughter has been handing me the remote almost everyday saying, "MEOW MEOW", which is her way of wanting me to turn on THIS particular song for her to enjoy. There are very few words my toddler can say, and "MEOW MEOW" is one of em she does so passionately. Believe me when I say that your cat/dog songs are on repeat EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. in my car and home in order to appease my toddler, whom hates car rides but somehow stays calm when your songs are on. Mr. The Kiffness, I am so grateful we've stumbled across your channel, because you've made my daughter very happy. Having said that, she really needs to venture out and broaden her song choices cause mama's gettin sick of listening to the same tunes over and over again! Maybe sick is hard to say for her. And that's what she was then. They are more communicative than we expect them to be. Mine 20yo+ ran from the end of the appartment yowling at death to pass in my arms. She wouldn't abandon me without a goodbye.
