@@octopuss1918 Hey all the music we listen to came from over the big lake Atlantic. You gave us in no particular order: Old Lemon Jefferson, Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, Albert King, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Prince, Jimi Hendrix, Johnny Cash, The Killers. Need i say more? We have a commonality, Rock n Roll.
Except his intonation. Am I the only one who can tell he's almost and entire whole step off from his band? No offense to The Killers or Brandon because I like both of them but my god his live performances are so off pitch. Now Brendon Urie and Panic! nail every song like it's straight off the album. I'm sure it might be vocal fatigue, but I've watched 3 videos of 3 different concerts and every time Brandon is off pitch.
@@kevinorro9874 oh man! I’ve been saying this for years. Great songs on the record, the rest of the band is on point in a live performance, but the singer is so pitchy. Extremely limited vocal range is his problem.
Me and the better half were there too, never sat down once and sang ourselves hoarse. Don’t get the criticism, Brandon was amazing live, the band really killed it that night (I’ll fetch my coat).
Imagine playing a concert in a hall like this where not one person in the entire audience sits down for ht entire show while they're singing the lyrics to EVERY song right back to you.
what it fascinates me is the variety of ages in the crowd and how they are having the best time of their lives and just living the moment. That's what life is meant for. Period.
Wow. This was really an emotional experience to watch. How the crowd is completely into it, chanting along! I can only imagine how it must have felt in person, with all that raw energy. That's love.
Arguably the greatest band to come out of the 2000’s. Even though they are frequently unappreciated they never under appreciate their fans. Absolutely great show I love this act.
@@wwbuirkle just an opinion, but overseas they have a fantastic following and reputation whereas in the US a lot of people seem unfamiliar, they recognize the songs but don’t know the band.
OMG HOW I WISH I WAS THERE SINGING "I GOT SOUL BUT IM NOT A SOLDIER" TOGETHER AND ALONG WITH BRANDON AAAAA THIS IS SO MY BUCKET LIST THE KILLERS PLS COME TO INDONESIA!!
Saw them in June! This was one of the best parts of the night! As no one would stop singing! I don’t leave my house very often, but I couldn’t miss seeing them, first proper night out in 20 years, and it was the best night ever! I got soul but I’m not a solider!!!
that moment, when dave slowed the tempo to match the audience clapping n singing along!!!! dats how a true musician/performer keeps the audience engaged to their performance
Actually it’s the other way round! When he first drops the speed right back, you can hear the first few beats the audience is clapping at Ronnie’s tempo. They get it quickly though. Seemed strange to pull the tempo down in such a drastic way.
I found this amazing video to day, and have just seen the full concert oh my Lord, how can a band play that good? It’s just out of this world. By far the best live band I have ever seen. Would give both arms and legs to be there among this fantastic crowd
Saw the multiple times in multiple countries/continents - always INCREDIBLE and this song a transcendental experience - in person and even in the car! :)
Shortly after my Dad died last year, I woke up one morning humming the "I've got Soul..." part, but I couldn't remember the words or who sang it. It went on for a few days before the words came to me. When I finally found the video and listened to all of the lyrics, the part that jumped out at me was: "if you can hold on.... hold on" It felt like that was a message from my Dad. It's still hard to listen to this song...
TFW you look up the lyrics, realise that Brandon Flowers is a Mormon, put two and two together and realise this is a stealth-worship song lmfao. Good job Killers
Up there with Foo Fighters, Coldplay, The Chillies and following on from Queen, U2 and Lou Reed. Popular music played in grand style but the lyrics are awesome. Emphatically engaging. One of my favourite top one hundred songs. The crowd makes this one of the top twenty live performances of the 21st century in my opinion.
Loved this song since I was 4 would always want to watch the music video on repeat now I’m 15 and it’s had a huge impact during hard times especially as a drummer
