Brandon's voice has simultaneously this sadness and aching while still being carefree, fun and nostalgic of youth.

4 months ago I was diagnosed with a terminal illness. I don't know where we go after this, but I hope there is great music. Enjoy the ride, friends. “I don’t shine if you don’t shine” that lyric came to me this week as I was struggling with my upcoming graduation with a masters. My daughter who loved The Killers passed away a year and a half ago at 26. I don’t want all this attention because she didn’t get much fanfare for her pandemic graduation. But I feel like I got her permission with this song. Love you Lin - I’ll shine so you can shine

I still believe that this is the best song they ever recorded.

My brother used to be obsessed with this band in the early 2000s. Before he moved out, he gave me the hot fuss album on CD. I’m glad that’s what he gave me because to this day I love listening to the killers. Thank you Cam for getting me into this!!

I was in 4th grade when this was airing on MTV in the morning before school. I'm 28 now, and showing my 10 year old daughter these. Ahh the nostalgia. She doesn't get we didn't have phones or anything to listen to this on the go.
