Thank you so much. Without your amazing work, I, and millions of others, would know nothing about this wondrous river! Not even that it exists. I’ve never heard of this river before in my life, and I’m 66 years old! I know it’s incredibly hard work, photographing and sharing the unbelievable beauty with the rest of the world, but from my point of view, it’s worth every second. What a truly amazing world we live in!

@@kimberlyharper6182 indeed. Wonder if since they take care if such large crops why they couldn't maintain a coridor somehow for the elephants to travel thorough. Maintain some food for them while trying to essentially guide their migration.. maybe its a dumb idea I dont know anything about it but seems possible.

Unless we stop capitalism, the beauty of this planet will be gone.

June 6th - Paris Court of Appeal had set aside and annulled the previous Paris Court (lower court) ruling awarding the heirs of the defunct Sulu Sultanate. 2. June 27th - Dutch Court of Appeal in The Haque had dismissed a bid by eight descendants of former Sultan of Sulu to enforce the arbitration award by Paris Court (lower court) ruling, and dismissed an attempt to seize Malaysian Petronas assets following the Paris Court of Appeal decision. 3. Paris Court of Appeal also imposed on Sulu €100,000.00 (Euro currency) to be paid to Malaysia as legal cost. 4. Mean while in Luxembourg, a second attempt to seize Malaysian Petronas assets had been filed in Luxembourg Court due for hearing in September 2023 after the first attempt was dismissed. This will likely be dismissed too following the Paris Court of Appeal decision. Malaysia had spent around RM32m, equivalent to about USD6.6m to deal with this Sulu claim cases in various European courts in Madrid, Paris, Luxembourg and Netherlands. Apart from the €100,000.00 Sulu has to pay to Malaysia as legal cost, Malaysia is planning to sue Sulu for compensation for the loss of RM32m spent. As for now, Sulu has to pay €100,000.00 to Malaysia as legal cost. The amount is considered big since one claimant of Sulu Sultan had once said in a video that Sultan of Sulu (defunct) was the poorest sultan in the world. Definitely Philippines will still be dreaming and will not worsen to be a nightmare. But the eight individuals who claimed to be heirs of the former Sultan of Sulu who brought their claim in various European courts, will surely be having a nightmare, having to pay all the legal costs. And further more they will be having a nightmare to pay compensation to Malaysia when Malaysia sue them.

All nations/ cultures/ ethnicities have both abhorrent and stellar aspects in their history... Europeans, ( the Inquisition, Crusades, 3rd Reich) Japanese and Vietnamese who also used cruel tortures, the United States with their history of medical experimentation and abuses of various minorities, ( these systematic "programs" actually inspired Nazi Germany's T-4 and mass sterilization programs.) Incidentally, Native Americans did not scalp during pre- Colombian times - they learn this from the French! Also, in the U.S. Islamophobia spurred an outrage against polygamy - but the #1 practicioners of this is a branch of the Mormon Church - where 12 year olds are forcibly married to 50+ year old pedophiles! Educate yourselves people - and realize that yes, there has always been war and violence, but indigenous tribes do not have school shootings, drug addiction, rampant mental illness etc. - until they come in contact with " civilization."

Esther- true, to an extent... But as for worshipping false gods, everyone's ancestors were pagan - if one goes back far enough. B.C- no one could possibly be Christian, and during the first few centuries AD, even most of Europe followed shamans and nature worship.
