Dan Cong is a type of oolong tea from Guangdong Province in China. Duck Sh!t gets its name from the unique yellow muddy soil it’s cultivated in. Legend has it that when the first farmers of this Dan Cong created this tea, they said to the other farmers that it was cultivated in duck doo doo to try and guard the real reason it tasted so good!
