It's funny that Doug and Carrie immediately started saving money. Later it turns out that the mold removal costs $12 000 which they don't have so they borrowed the money from Doug's parents. At this point it doesn't make sense to forgo things like massages and golf, they even didn’t want to invite their friends for dinner anymore. The money they save by doing these things is hardly worth mentioning given the amount needed for mold removal, it's just a drop in the bucket.
It Doug fault about the mold because 6 yrs early a guy told Doug about the leak and it supposed to get taken care of It Carrie fault they had to get money from Doug dad because her spending on shopping getting nails and hair done
The looking through Carrie's clothes with Doug's dad was bad but when Doug didn't tell Carrie or his dad about the drip under the house - it's a drip so what his dad through a fit.😤😱
Well I see Doug's dads issue. Yes, Doug was the cause of this particular issue but Joe was right. They should've had that much money saved up. If it wasn't the mold it could've been something else popping up.
All I can think is, "How is this going to go when Doug tells Carrie that the 'fine and dandy' situation in Arthur's room is actually a $7,000 death trap?"
Didn´t they cut out something from this clip? I recall that Arthur said something like *_"Old people´s smell, cutting edge humor Douglas"_* - when Arthur came up from the basement and said that something smelled bad down in the basement. But maybe that was another episode? 😀
