Set schedule! Comfort zone like thay say! Some people are comfortable with what they previosly dealt with and carrying on managing all familiar odds that come with a job or a certain situation and so sort of feel insecure accepting something that might or most likely will shake things up a bit or…. way too much of a bit! Not all is open to big/bigger transfers. Some were born adventurous.. always on the go.. the tougher the better the excitement is, some are lively and get bored too soon and opt for a change when some were born quite the opposite. They just enjoy everyday life and totally have no problem with it being and staying that way at all. I know so because I have a brother like that and though he finally and forcefully accepted a higher office he couldn’t escape rising a few complaints let alone dealing with a whole new scheme! 🤷🏻♀️
@Victor Ngo Exactly! It's the type of work, the whole job profile that isn't for him. And that will really bring you down and might even affect the work if you don't quit soon enough. Besides, Doug prefers the convenient, comfortable way for more than just laziness. He's got deeper complexes when it comes to change and status and performance. Amongst other, the man doesn't like confrontations, nor does he like being exposed or excluded. ...none of that is helpful when you're in a management position.
I just noticed .. other than Arthur... carrie has no family..no uncles. Aunts ..cousins. just a half uncle( kinda).. she had a sister but she came missing.. daaaaam
I really hope this channel starts posting episodes from the Drew Carry Show. I loved that one back in the day and really wanted to buy it on DVD but could only find season 1. A lot of other shows from the 90s like Frasier and Married with Children, have the entire series available on DVD for pretty cheap but not the Drew Carry Show.
