Lilly, In 1962 “THE GOOD NEWS CLUB” was started by a humble Christian lady in my neighborhood. She invited the children to come and sit in her backyard and she would talk to us about God and Jesus. There were only a few of us there, but she talked to us like there were a hundred. Her face would light up when we arrived each week to listen to her. Her name was Mrs. Walters. Lilly, You remind me of her, and this was 60 years ago. Thank you for continuing to speak God’s Word with all the Joy she did so many years ago.🙏

Dear Lilly, I love this channel because you talk about how God really operates in our lives when we keep our eyes on him and don't try to get ahead of his plans for us and think we can do it all on our own. Clearly we can't. I also like that you speak of how the enemy operates too and how to deal with someone who truly wants to destroy us. It's like I just got delivered yesterday only to wake up today to the realization that now I'm going to be in a spiritual war for life: not exactly what I expected, but I'm not complaining either. Never before in my life have I experienced such great joys and blessings either! What's amazing to me to ponder is that we can be both so much loved by God and also so much hated by satan. Learning both God and the devil are real, and that the supernatural is more real than the natural, was a jarring shift in perspective for me. But it's a huge relief to know that God always wins and the enemy always loses and that things are always rigged in our favor if we can only learn who we really are in Christ and trust that His love and intentions for us are absolutely good all the time. I enjoy your morning walk and talks so much. What a beautiful place you live in!. The artist in me loves the look of the light there. There seems to be a very warm and comforting, lost-in-time, tropical feel to it. I don't know that I'll ever get to visit there, but I very much enjoy seeing it through your eyes and perspective. Thank you Lilly. Everything I have said is the truth. I lost millions. But it is okay. God has helped me and I am very grateful to JESUS. I will tell you a story. I have a very big shopping centre where I live. It is a 10 minute drive from my place. I went there because I had to see my bank manager. After I finished my chores. I met a friend and I said to her. Do you have the time for a coffee. She said that would be nice. We walked to the Cafe, I pulled a chair for her, she sat down and then I sat down. I ordered her a coffee, and a cheese cake, and I ordered a milk shake for me. While we were chatting, guess who sits at the other table. My Ex. On seeing her, I told my friend. Lets move to another table. I told her the reason why. My Ex told everybody we knew, that I abused her, physically and mentally. Which was never the case, and my kids would stand by me. I am very happy now, because I am at peace, and I spend more time praying. Lilly I would like to ask you a favour. I think this week you should have received my letter, and the recipe books. If you did not get them. You should get it next week. There is a lot I want to say, before I organise my holiday next year. Lilly, God has his plans for us. I know it, I have been there, and I have also said, "Why Me." I never said, "It's Mine." Haha. My life was a misery from day 1, I was married. As my kids grew older, I could see my kids were not happy. If she couldn't argue in the house, she would come outside and argue. I worked all hours of the day. Not for the money but to have peace of mind. In one place where I worked. There was one guy, that always made fun of JESUS at work. He knew that I was a Christian. One day he was imitating how JESUS died on the cross. I said to him do you know that HE is watching you. I turned my back and proceeded to do my work, when I heard some commotion. I saw this guy who just rebuked Jesus. He walked into steel and cut his leg. I rushed to him, and looked at him, and he swore, and kicked the bundle of steel. With the result, he cut himself again. So he was rushed to the hospital. I saw him after a week, and he apologised for what he said. I said to him, that person who you rebuked, died for you and me. So Lilly, I know you are genuine, real and the most caring, beautiful human being on Earth. You do what makes you happy. I love your gorgeous kids. They are your top priority, that is why I want to sit with you next year and discuss a few things. This week wasn't a very nice week for me. I think my record was broken. I had 5 comments. 1, was good, the other 4 I had to bite my tongue. Never mind. I care about you and your family. Take care, stay safe, keep smiling. Love you all, and God bless.

Good Morning Lilly!

I'm so with you Lilly! I also long for true Christian fellowship. There are even many in the church who worship so many other things besides God. My oldest son and I used to have the best conversations about God, but lately he's gotten so into cars and his car that we haven't had one of those deeper discussions in awhile. He still loves the Lord though and I know he will find his center again soon! There was a time in my life when I was so immersed in the things of God that I had no desire to engage in any other conversations. This saddened me because I had no one really to relate with other than God and I asked God to help me to be able to relate with others and be more engaged in the more "trivial" things of life. This has helped to win a friend to Christ! To be in the world, but not of it! To be engaged with this world and the things in it, but to keep God first place in my heart and mind. Yet in still, I so long for the day when the only thing that is worshipped is God alone and all His children can be together and forever worship Him alone, together!!! I look forward to the day when you and I can worship God together Lilly! We can in these little ways online, but God is saving the best for last!!! Someday soon, we will be dancing and singing and shouting our praises together! 🥰❤️☺️
