God's spirit in your spirit body is the one that gives your physical body voice (utterance) to speak/pray in HolyGhost tongues (language of 3rd Heaven& above) God's spirit also gives your spirit body voice (utterance) to speak/pray in HolyGhost tongues while he is in the spirit realms or heavenly places.
