What a Nightmare !! It would cost too much, more then it is worth to fix this one in my eyes. It looks like it has been standing for decades by the Cobwebs. Too many problems with this one.

Hope the buyer has a bulldozer for that one!

rip it down an build new. im all for fixin stuff but this place is just too far gone.

For the right price if I lived there I would buy it…but then again I do like a challenge 😊

That house is a tear down. It would be better to start from scratch with a new build.

I love this one. Please open the closets so we can see them, too. I was also curious about the attic. Potential yoga room.🤭 Every video I watch I picture what I'd do to make it my own. As a single, middle aged woman I know just what I'd do with this. lol

It would have to really really cheap….it would take a ton of money to restore it…..

I've seen worse. As long as the roof leak hasn't rotted the roof out, it seems fixable. Needs complete stripping down to the bones. That porch was a slap job that was put up later. I don't think it would take much to bring it down, which would get rid of the need for those gutters that have fallen down. That being said, it would have be a very cheap house to be worth even attempting it.
