Hello and welcome to another OMSI 2 video!
It's time for another trip to Bowdenham today where we're going to be driving the route 800! Branded "Knockhill Connect", this route is an express route which runs from Apsley Railway Station, express through to Knockhill Business Park.
Today we're using the Masterswitch Veiling which comes with a lovely "Knockhill Connect" branding, operated by Arriva, there are still many telltale signs of Arriva inside most noticeably the ceiling. It's a great run with plenty of "Thrashy" opportunities.

The livery is based off the "Kings Hill Connect" B7RLEs (Eclipse 1s with the Eclipse 2 front) that were formerly on Arriva Kent's Fastrack BRT, hence the interior. The engine is revving at speed like that because the axle ratio is set to 6.21 in the game whereas in real life it is 5.63.

Love the video Joe! I'm always amazed at how easy you make everything look, including your driving. Would love to see a video like this with an overlay of your throttle and braking inputs, or perhaps a video with some commentary on how you can properly & safely drive a bus (e.g. when to accelerate and when to brake). Cheers!

If your omninavigation isn’t working, you should delete the omninavigation folder and re-installed it. The same thing happened to me and I contacted support and they said to do that and it worked.

Fantastic video Joe I do love this bus I have a lot off videos to catch up on I have been extremely busy these past 4 weeks but thankfully all the jobs that needed doing has been finished.and also hope you ok 😁 And my bloody PC broke again flaming technology 😂😂😂 thankfully 150 pound later it’s all fixed flaming PCs 😂

Don't you worry Imran! I did think you'd been quiet but as it's the school holidays I assumed you'd been jetting around all over the place :D There's nothing worse than the PC breaking! If mine ever did I'd be bankrupt haha :D

@@JoeDobsongaming aye been all over and been helping grandad so lots off trips back and forth from York thankfully I am homeschooled as you no so I don’t have the stress of going back …oh it’s lovely to do what you want to do yeah had a lot off changes in the family so lots off things been going off at ones and I have been unwell so everything hit at ones 😂😂😂

Omsi 2? Never! It’s been ‘discontinued’ for 11 years on PC. 32bit Win XP was its heyday 😂 its only playable because of the 4GB fan made patch. Even then you do have to go down rather than up in settings regardless of your modern machine.
