This has got to be one of the best songs ever written, & James' soft gentle vocal could never be bettered. Still gives me goosebumps 40+ years later.....A true masterpiece.
This version is much better it’s live, thanks for that. Somehow your voice hasn’t changed since you’re were a kid. that is amazing but you sound right on pitch ! congratulation. !!! You guys are great thanks for bringing back good memories….
As a student at Cambridge, I used to sing this on the grand piano in the Chetwynd Hall at King's in paroxysms of ecstasy. It's one of my top 5 all time favourite songs.
Love you Korgies. you have always had something special no other band has had or, will ever. Never ever get fed up of listening. Love the Korgies forever.
James may look a little older but he still has the voice and ability to sing as well as he did back in the late 70s and early 80s. Korgis were such a frustrating band seemingly on the cusp of being really big and then just somehow not making it. Was it the lack of image, record label problems, promotion? But whatever it was they made so many great tracks. Even the mid 80s album 'Burning Questions' was great. Very underrated band for sure.
even he sung nearly without the Korg I stool could here the sythis in my mind and heart. My Youth My live I love that song endlessly. love to hear it often at "the wave" radio
