Trill absolutely right about making difficult decisions as a leader. Means knowing when to put moms in her respectful place and give your woman her role as wife. Anything less is questioning your own discernment and decision making abilities.
Yall give GREAT convo, the chemistry is amazing, and the jokes got me shaking & cryyyyin in my office! 😂😂😂😂😂! One thing I definitely appreciate & applaud is the honesty and advice. Love hearing the male prospective along with a lot of humor.
That relationship talk funny. I want my son’s father to rise up and glow. However, I don’t understand the “stay in a relationship “ just because convo. Familiarity can be comforting but that’s just it lol I digress
Trill I agree… he’s immature and showed his insecurity…and he totally missed an opportunity to really BRAG/show admiration-about his beautiful and talented wife…. Simone hasn’t dated much and hasn’t had many relationships, so she smiled during the interview out of being oblivious. I hope they grow through this ❤❤
I don't like how people be playing in Tia's face. She never said she wanted Corey back, in fact she said the opposite. She said the dating pool is crazy bcuz most of the guys, she met were mostly about having sex. She said, she would never go back to something that no longer serves her. Everybody assumes Corey is a nice guy (not saying he's not) but none of us were in a relationship with.him, she was.
I wish you guys would do more research. Simone and Jonathan have been married since 2020. TD Jake's story came from a tiktok. No information has been confirmed, and no major networks have discussed this. People can put out anything for clout, and people just run with it.
I just experienced the exact same situation.. The relationship never evolved, not even to marriage. 7 yr. His mom had full control of his ear He was such a good man was the reason I held on for so long I had hopes for his change now I'm 43 yrs old feeling so embarrassed to have to start over.
Jonathan Majors made the wrong defense. Instead of saying she got hurt after he retrieved his property that she assaulted him for and took, he said he did nothing. It was always clear that she got hurt because of him but the clear justification is his right to retrieve his property. He has a legal right to use force to get his property back and the force he used was appropriate. Either his lawyers did a bad job in choosing his defense or he did and forced his lawyers into it.
I learn alot more things about men .just listening to you .iam always laughing .I like when men can yell jokes Ikeep telling truth about men and relationships .God bless you all 🙏🏾❤️💯
38:58 so we ignore all the other shit he said about her and how wonderful she is. He was specifically talking about when they first met. He bigged her up the whole podcast he was also in the middle of training camp in college. If he didn’t know who she was he would see her like any other woman. He married the woman not the gymnast. She said it herself many times before how they met. She downs plays it, he’s low key supporting her in staying in that lane. Y’all want him to sound like a groupie and not her Husband.
Yall know what I started thinking of when yall was talking about married women thinking grass is greener? And then they get dawged and the new girl that “was” them gets the man and take they spot? The first insidious movie. Remember that ghost that took his body at the end? Lmao.
35:40 I can believe he didn’t know who Simone B was…….when Sirena Williams and her husband tell how they met during interviews…..they always laugh about how he really didn’t know who she was and that she was a famous tennis player.
Some folks never felt the heat! why I don't believe folks should get married young and should wait until at least age 27/28. Folks get married young and feel like they missed out on a part of themselves and that's what they're divorcing and searching for, especially women who have committed their lives to their man and children. this where open relationships may work.
In one take the fellas talk about how women think the grass is greener on the other side, leave a man and take half. That man had everything before they married. She didn’t get it out the mud with him. She waited at the finish and picked a winner. The only possible benefit to her name being on the deed is she can take half the equity after divorce - there is literally no benefit to her name being on the deed. She’s setting up the long game and mama see it bc she would do the same to a man. She aint telling the full story. Listen to mama bc mama knows a woman’s nature.
In reference to the J. Majors situation, as a mom of boys I feel choosing a woman is the main thing men should be more mindful of. Men and Women will never truly be equal so men have to hold themselves to a standard not to allow these situations to happen. It’s disheartening but “whom much is given much is required.” Lead by choosing a decent woman. 🤷🏽♀️
An open relationship is with both parties acceptance sleeping with other people. Swinging is also part of an open relationship. Neeoooow, if yall sneaking and or the other party don't know , it's cheating.
To O's point, the same folks (women) that was on his ass was on her about her hair during their wedding and the fact they did it at a courthouse. Go figure 🤷🏾♂️
Open relationship is an umbrella term that encompasses so many different options and levels of non-monogamy. And it’s relative to each couple, there is no right or wrong way, it’s whatever works for you and yours. Most monogamous relationships do not communicate well with each other and cannot fathom being that open and honest with one another which being in an open relationship will force you to do. Yes I’ve experienced this. ❤😅
18:26 I definitely see things differently now that I have a son. He deal with young ladies now making accusations to damage his character. It’s not fair at all, definitely be put my son on game on the game of manipulation 😢
Open Relationships aren't just about sex. Its more to it and can fall slightly in line with poly relationships. its the understanding that one person cant be everything for the other that a person can have various connections with others. it involves honesty high levels of communication trust and there are boundaries. People just get caught up on the word "open"
Domestic violence can be very nuanced. You all spoke to the point that justice wasn’t served for him but, did not mention that there was blatant text messages and evidence of previous incidents of him abusing her and there was more footage released of him trying to take her phone as well. Unfortunately, some people in the black community want to make this all about race however, it’s not a factor if he is actually abuser which he is. Some people in the black community just want to blame his poor character and nature on him dating a white woman. Let me be very clear, I don’t support domestic violence toward anyone nor do I support women getting away with domestic violence against men. It also seems like reactive abuse may have played a role in their relationship.
