They should've taken this opportunity to utilize the EXTENDED version of the Bagdasarian logo for this. Along with keeping "GOTTA BELIEVE IN PUMPKINS" at it's NORMAL pitch.
I reckon it was in its normal pitch, however this transfer was very much in fact from a UK DVD print of this special, unless stated otherwise. Australian prints for their DVDs use PAL pitch too, and it’s a very common practice. Networks including Seven Network and Nine Network do this most of the time with their programs when they hit the airwaves, the main exceptions being reality shows, game shows and the news. Streaming does NOT use PAL, instead opting to carry NTSC, and therefore some of our streaming giants are like American ones. Some programs on the local streaming services may use PAL pitch on their international programs too. EDIT: This is a Broken Saw upload. This user re-uploaded it onto the respective channel in 360p at 30fps. The original is in 1080p at 50fps. The user is basically re-uploading other people’s logo videos, but it’s still interesting stuff here, glad it’s on RU-vid.
@@colinmulder6806Yes, really. Broken Saw, the original uploader of this video (this one is a re-upload by Gizmo Smith), must’ve gotten the DVD off eBay or a Marketplace site, and discovered it was the UK print of the Thanksgiving DVD from AATC.
