i am Reading Spanish book Named "the wild book" and there is a part when he mentioned the word kronoium as a an object of the (past present and future ) as if it there were 3 kinds of objects but all named kronoiums and each specialized to a certain kind of time I think it is very interesting to se this exact same word in Bo3 , if it was the cases this is the same as the Richthofen has an object that lets him se the past present and future!!

My opinion: Richtofen himself died within the 2 years he was away from the rest of the crew, and was sent to the "kronorium" or "place of time". Where he sees many futures, many paths taken (as he says in the giant). The ruler of time sees the havok that richtofen has caused upon the world, and sent him out to fix it one last time. But as punishment he is cursed by the nightmares of his own creations (the zombies) to change his old evil ways of thinking for himself, into a more opened person. As you can see the emotions of him seeing dempsey kill himself, as richtofen knows the feeling. Just my opinion and fits right in my mind.

Kronorium by definition means 'Place of Time(s) The "correct" Latin roots are Krono (Chrono) , meaning Time, and -rium (or -ium) meaning place (or I also believe 'location'). In wishful thought, I would hope this is an ancient temple (of the apothicons or keepers) in which multiple timelines could be visited/tampered with. Possibly a certain temple-piece displayed in the Zetsoubo No Shima trailer...

Milo, I survived to round 115 once to see if anything interesting would happen. I went into theater mode and looked into Samantha's chest and saw a drawing from Samantha that had her TALKING to a floating book. Maybe this has something to do with Kronorium.

The kronorium is probably the time traveling God of the keepers.. Or a word for the teleporter OR!... OR! ... Or!... follow me here!.. something made/ or came from element 115 that when you touch it instead of turning people into zombies it gives you knowledge of time (Past and Future events).. i mean they where experimenting with element 115 AND we did see element 115 in different colors... What if KRONORIUM is just a different version of 115... One version turns ppl into zombies.. One version makes you forget things.. and the other once you've been exposed to it gives you this knowledge... i mean it only make sense.. where did richtofen get all this info from "MAGIC"?!.. plus doesn't KRONORIUM sound a lot like the Element IRIDIUM (aka element 115)... "KRONO" (chronos meaning time.. Where we get the word Chronological order from also btw) "IUM" ( meaning "element") could the word KRONORIUM mean "TIME ELEMENT 115" im just saying... but hey this is just me thinking... you didnt get this info from me ;)

I 100% agree that the "kronorium" has a direct correlation with time. "Cronus" or "Chronus" was another spelling of that specific gods name (Greek or Latin if I remember correctly) and the word "Chronological" is a direct root from that name/word. Crazy what one sentence can really do.

I get that the zombies storyline is VERY complicated, but your explanations of the zombies universe is very easy to understand and remember! Might be a good idea for the summer? MrRoflwaffles I think the kronorium is indeed a place where they show richtofen how to travel between dimensions, why do I think this, if you remember on the giant dempsey ask him where was he for the past 2 years and he says he was working that's because when they scape origins to the other dimension richtofen got pulled to another place by maxis and teach him how to travel between dimensions, to set their plan in motion that's why he can communicate with him and the others can't, because if you think about it, all of them went through the same portal to the other dimension BUT only richtofen can talk to him, that's because he took him to kronorium to learn the dimension traveling

Even more so begs the question of whether or not richtophen is good or evil because if one has all knowledge of the universe, will they work to save it, or destroy it?

The characters talk about their past travels around the world as if they were in the distant past, so I think that after being teleported to wherever at the end of Origins, they first travel around the world (unseen in the game), then Richtofen disappears for two years (stopping off in SoE), then The Giant occurs. Just pointing this out because many people seem to think that The Giant takes place two years later than the Origins cutscene.
