He definitely knew what he was doing. I was honestly surprised at being surprised, but I was SO surprised when that transition happened after the intro, and then when the English lyrics kept going I was just like, "holy sh*t, he's doing it." I liked it well enough at first but I loved it at the second listen. Now I'm back to manifesting for you to someday react to Wonwoo and Mingyu's 'Bittersweet'

Preface: Woozi is one of my two ultimate biases, so it was HIGHLY UNLIKELY that I wouldn't like Ruby - however, I'm also not one for blind adoration, regardless of quality/issues/etc., even for my biases. That said: RUBYISAMAZINGANDIAMNOTOK. 🤯🤩🥴🥰😍🤪 He's said that Ruby is the answer to the question, "Who is Woozi, the artist?" and I'm so proud of him for showing us this side of himself. And if anybody still just thought of him as "the cute short one" from SVT, after watching this they'll have no choice but to acknowledge that he's "the HOT AF short one." 🥵😆 That is one fine specimen of a man & it's time he got the recognition he deserves. 😘 Anyway, you might as well add "listening party" to the title, PD, cause Ruby's all there is. 🙃

Only thing is I want to hear it without the mass filter on his voice, I know it's just a stylistic choice and it does fit well but I'd love to hear the song without it too. The classical sort of intro seamlessly transitioning into rock song with that one drum beat is insanely good. Truly one of the most unique intros I have ever heard in a song. It literally has me in a chokehold. Woozi and the production team's creativity instincts are so impressive.

I was waiting so much for your reaction/review !! I thought that the MV could have some shots with an angular length/fish eye too. But whatever. I loved the Rockstar-Fashion Show vibe. So classy, so fancy, minimalist. BUT THE SONG: OMG! IT BLOWED MY MIND! I couldn't believe what I was listening in the first row, but when I played again the song keeps getting just better and better, so freaking addicting! The raw bands instruments is my favorite thing, It's like a homage and a statement from where he came before and also in SEVENTEEN: a musician.
