I come to Kumasi each time i visit Ghana but i struggle to find decent accommodation and place to enjoy local Ghana foods. Can you do a video on the best places to stay and also the restaurants that provide Ghana dishes.
Kwaku continue the good work you are doing in Ashanti Region. Your pictures are of high quality. We will look for you anytime we visit home. God bless you richly!!
I really hate it when I see a very beautiful house and the environment around it is untidy and unkept but most houses in Kumasi seem to have a fair level of a nice environment.
If the government was to invest in roads like they are doing elsewhere Kumasi wouldn’t be a match because with the Asantes no matter how much you invest outside Ashanti region you have to invest in Kumasi as well as your hometown
Oh my dear reporters, is very funny to see a beautiful road with out walk ways and where is human safety of that roads is it reasonable, who is the road contractor and what technicalities of the project, please tell them to lean more of road building and beautification
British British what do Ghanaians call it? When are you going to stop with this subservient mindset, when are you going to recognize yourself with value?
So they are destroying the only beautiful parts of Kumasi 😢? Danyame area is the only green part of Kumasi filled with trees and now they are selling it to real estate developers smh
@@Kwakulove1 would they be for long? I doubt. You're beginning to face the increasing land pressure Accra is facing, and if you don't build VERTICALLY and protect your green spaces , things would be dire
@markntiri8251 say it again ooo. They are selling the lands there and the real estate developers are cutting down the trees. And I don't know why they are celebrating those gated communities being built there? 99% of Kumasi residents can't afford those houses. So in the end the houses will be owned by Foreigners (Lebanese, Chinese, Indians). They think that building these gated communities and condos is development. Smh. Development is building trees. Trees alone beautify the city
Kwaku you are doing good job especially for those in the diaspora however there is something lacking in your video. That's there's no information about where you snap the video. You're only showing the buildings without giving information about where they are situated in Kumasi. Such videos always come with info.
Exactly my Fellow Ghanaian… I appreciate your comment… my next Video is detailed with your great suggestion…. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed… Uploading tomorrow @5:44 PM
Very nice location and street but I noticed the gutter's Infront of the houses are filled with sand and weeds?how is the water or if it rains where will it go the street will be flooded ❤️👍🏾 are these houses affordable and where is the location in Kumasi please
Why can’t we believe it, was it not the garden city of West Africa? That’s a sad statement coming from an Asante son who is promoting his city…of course there are more rich people from the region than any in Ghana so it’s not a shock.
Awwww, Don’t be shocked Family… This is Presentation, sometimes you don’t say it all when you know it all… Thanks for your comment… Kindly subscribe for more Videos FAM!
@@Kwakulove1 well noted👍🏾 subscribed. I feel like it’s mostly those outside Asante region that act like they’re surprised to see beautiful mansions in Kumasi..but if you are coming from Oseikrom then you should narrate it in a manner contrary to how they would do it, to change the perception and narratives out there by those ignorant people underrating us…i enjoy your videos tho, keep it up✌🏾
@@Kwakulove1 The person is right. I also wanted to write a comment when I heard you saying that. You only say that because others say Kumasi is not nice. Pls don't say it again cause it's weird
If I were mayor of Kumasi I'd do a radical beautification of the Kumasi space. It's too ugly, especially the city centres. Don't just build normal cement block structures, add some beauty/variety, like the ridge condos, the thankful heights, Accra's no 1 oxford street building, villagio of Accra etc. Build a ship, egg, golden stool etc house, to reflect your status as our second city, and be testament to the expertise of your architects
@markntiri8251 And the open gutters are disgusting. I wonder why these gutters are left uncovered. I know Ghanaians travel a lot, but I don't understand why they can't learn from other countries when it comes to infrastructure development or city beautification
@@kriskros1592 with the gutters it can be tricky.if you close them and they get choked it can be tricky evacuating waste from them if there's no plan on how to go about it. But I get your point. Let's blame LEADERSHIP. Who're managing our spaces? How well travelled/exposed/VISIONARY are they? Do they have eyes for BEAUTY? Proper MODERN BEAUTY? Is there money too to prosecute their visions? Do people interfere with their decision making? etc etc There's a popular local contractor the NPP like to use for their projects, Ozwald investments. They build beautiful stuff, create sidewalks and ALWAYS COVER their gutters. Should tell you how VISIONARY their leadership is. I've seen togolese sweepers sweep and collect the sand on the sides of their ECOWAS road. And their ECOWAS road is beautiful. Ghana here, our sweepers just collect the trash and leave the sand behind. Maybe it doesn't look unsightly to them or their leadership. Abidjan to Yamoussoukro road(our version of Accra to Kumasi) is DUAL LANE with a road median with WELL MANICURED GRASS THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE ROAD. If it were Ghana... Etc etc. I could go on and on...

@@Kwakulove1 these are your residential areas? Why are your city centres soo ugly? With brown roofs, narrow streets, no true high rises etc?You guys don't know proper beauty? What are your city planners doing? They don't know avant garde architecture?
That’s very true… I’ve been making videos in English these days… I mixed them up with my Local language… Okay? Sorry about that… Kindly subscribe for more
You are not showing this to Ghanaians only the foreigners are also involved so I wonder why you are speaking your native language more,at least it should be more of English so the foreigners will be able to understand everything that you're saying..next time work on that thankx
what is wrong with some Ghanaians, Ghana is a well English country what is this language issue here, just speak English and tell both ur international viewers what u saying. this is why u guys and just behind in entertainment and other things. later blame Nigerians .
