"Passport" had me dying

We were so exhausted with the dumbness of the responses that when Debjit responded with "trains" to KV asking about the name of a place famously connected to EU travel, we just burst out laughing and had to pause to catch our breath. That was maybe the highlight of this episode for me

I can already imagine KV regretting making that intro. Seems like the quizzing captial has shifted to Delhi as well.

The disappointment on KV's face when Schengen went unanswered really hurt me

I know you shouldn't judge... But this was so hard to watch and I can only hope there is a redemption somewhere down the line for Kolkata

These contestants are really poor, so many answers staring them in the face and they couldn't get them. By far the easiest set of questions on any episode of kvizzing till date.

You have to appreciate the participants. It takes a lot of courage to put yourself out there and also there is a rigorous screening process. Keep the quizzing spirit alive with encouragement.

Pretty poor standard this time if these guys could not get Mick Jagger, Courier and Einstein at the first go with the huge hints in the question

Man really said the sports company Umbro and somehow got the marks. KV couldnt be bothered at the end.

As someone from Odisha, it has been delightful to watch the downfall of Bengal in finance, literature, politics and now quizzing.

That was hardly a Kolkata crowd .

This is the weakest set of questions I have ever seen in a KVizzing episode. But still love the show, keep em coming.

That... wasn't the best show ever, heh. There were some decent answers there but also some that really should be answered in the first go, considering the level we have seen in past cities.

This was a bit of a letdown KV, really dull contestants. Mumbai / Bengaluru/ Chennai were all way better.

Contrary to popular opinions in the comment section, I believe there were a lot of good answers apart from a few questions that were cracked with the help of extra hints.

Has to be one of the most disappointing episodes of kvizzing! Questions were fine but my God the contestants were just so poor. Barring a couple of good answers; it was such a pain to watch each question being passed without even a random guess. Kolkata quizzing is not this poor. Not sure where the proper kolkata quizzing crowd were

Such a bad quiz. At least with comedians they kept it entertaining. KV please bring back kvizzing with comedians

I can give you the reason as to why it is so bad, but it will not sound pretty. I think Kolkata is still not ready to pay an uphill fee to participate in a quiz show, because the free and low entry fee circuit is pretty active around Kolkata and Howrah. Also, Top Cat is by the EM Bypass, not really that easy to commute to and from.

The participants aren’t even trying. It’s so disheartening. I mean great that they agreed to participate but still yaar. They aren’t even computing the question.

Stark difference in participant quality when you compare with Delhi or Bangalore episodes. 😐
