Also known as the Venice of the East or the City Of Lakes , this place feels magical with Palaces all around and old havelis surrounding the lake Pichola , we stayed at The Lake Pichola Hotel which offers the best views of the lake Pichola ofcourse , private boat transfers and an Italian themed outdoor patio area along with a famous rooftop restaurant , this place felt perfect to start our Rajasthan Road Trip.

Currently doing some research for a trip to India and this channel is amazing! So easy to watch and incredibly informative. When I go to the Indian Embassy in my country for a visa, I will definitely be telling them about you guys. Whatever government agencies in India support tourism, should be supporting this channel. Thank you so much , so when you check in to the lake Pichola hotel , you can opt for the hotel boat to pick you up and bring you to the hotel.. They are not allowed to take the boat for rides in the lake as it is owned by the royal family there but you can go to the city palace which is on the other side of the lake and can take boat rides from there as well

Hi Saket, a very nice video . What did u mean by boat for getting the customers in ? DO they have airport pickup?

Hey Sandhya , yes the hotel does provide airport pick up and drop services , and part of it involves checking in and out via the private boat till the other end of the lake from where taxis or private cars can be arranged till the airport.. Also this is the only hotel after the taj lake palace that has permission to use a private boat in the lake Pichola lake

@@ssandhyaprabhu so this service is free till the boat transfer that is a part of your room tariff , but not till the airport , you would have to pay for the taxi to the airport , basically the boat transfer is free but I would suggest to call the hotel while booking to confirm it again

@@ssandhyaprabhu sure so all rooms facing the lake are of a nice category , we took the deluxe double and the views from higher floors are much much better so try the 2nd floor

It is a haveli. Most of the hotels in udaipur are havelis turned into a hotel

What was the price for per night? And how you’ve booked this? Can we directly go there and book or need to book in advance?

Hey this was approx 10k per night for the lake view rooms , you can book them directly by calling them or check booking.com prices too , also make sure to book it well in advance as this is a hot spot and you cannot walk in directly , better to book it in advance even if you just want a dinner table at upre book it before

@@brij2138 hey all depends on the season , but book it at least a week in advance if you want to stay here and make sure to ask them for a lake facing room
