Are those any good for eating or would you stay away from eating them since it's from the harbor?

I wouldn’t recommend eating them. That’s personal preference. I enjoy letting the big ones go and watching them swim off. Smaller silver ones I would consider “eaters” if you are gonna keep any.

Yes I started years ago fishing in the Racine harbor that way but used Auto's. I installed a lag eye bolt to my auto's that I thread the lag in the gaps of the wooden pier and it keeps the auto secure. Everyone that walked by would inform me that I would lose my auto if I got a strike but they didn't know I had it pinned down, it was quite hilarious.
