What I like about this couple is that they have to work at their relationship. They aren't always on the same page about things. But they bring out the best in each other.
Brilliant acting by Scott, perfect actor for the role. and the other cast was great also, Dimples should have stayed away. show was too short. they should not have killed Leo off. like to see Scott in more shows.
I'm sorry but when leo pretends that he falling off the building and she ran like no..... and looks and he right there I couldn't stop laughing, it like it's not funny but still funny at the same time
SPOILER ALERT I am so heart broken when Leo died... from day 1 I was always on his side... like the show is a bitch for killing him that way.. I mean I'm so heartbroken big time as if I was April... I couldn't contain my emotions right now.. I just wished he lived... :(
Yeah the show should have never killed Leo off. After he died, ratings dropped a lot. I think the show would still be on if Leo was alive. Such a shame. It was a great show too! I also wanted to see what would happen with Brenna and Finn.
Idk if the writers/producers had a choice though - the actor was leaving to star in a network drama that was being superhyped (even though it ended up being cancelled). So they were going to lose the actor anyway to Blood and Oil - especially with the shows being filmed in different cities.
Whyyy do I torcher myself for i stopped watching this once Leo died it happens every time to me I start to fall in love with a character and then something bad happens to them. This was such a beautiful video I hope anyone reading this has a amazing, blessed, and safe Christmas and New year
Criminally underrated series! Yes, it gets a bit soap oper-y, but what did you expect from ABC Family? Still, it's got it where it counts. Good actors, (mostly) good writing, more heartfelt and sincere than half of what's on TV right now. Why did this get cancelled? Oh, and for fuck's sake, April and Leo forever! The chemistry between these two? That's rare in TV. Chasing Life...you should be watching this.
+GrayNeko I was sad when the show got canceled.. The writer's should not have killed off Leo so quickly right after they got married. You are right on about their chemistry. They were such a special couple. It was a great series and people should watch it if they have not already.
I have not watched the entire series but April and Leo sure did have an epic love story. You really have great vision when you put your videos together. This is really terrific!
they distracted us by pretending april was the sick one and the one that would most probably die while making us think leo was healthy again and boom he died, didn't expect that
geez i've never been so sad of a character dying before...shit i can't sleep because of that... Leo shouldn't have died.. he was like my favorite character and prolly the reason why i watched the show
i have seen young & hungry and baby daddy and saw a video for them but i have never seen this show and this 23 minute video is so much better than any emotional movie ever like the fault in our stars or if i stay
Tbh I only just finished the series but I feel like I just had a connection like when Leo died I felt like a family member had passed it hit me vv hard I cried so so so hard
They were so real so unique funny I don't even know about them till today y the hell RU-vid recommends them I'm crying now this is so beautiful and tragic my heart bleeds
At first I hated Leo because he was so mean to April. Then I began to like him when he comforted her by taking her joyriding. Then I began to feel sorry for him when I found out he was terminal, which also made me remember my father who passed away from cancer in 2013 and how I felt when I found out he was terminal. Then I liked him better than Dominic. After the brain tumor surgery when he was rude to April I was like, "I hate him again." But then he began being nice to her so I liked him again. When I heard the actor got another part, I knew they'd kill him off. When they had that scene in the hospital after April passes out at the wedding and Leo says he wants to be with April for the rest of his life, I was like, "Yeah, he's going to die." I was right, but I didn't want to be.
+Patrick Gaddis Yeah it took me a while to warm up to him. Even after they went on their first date I still wanted her to get back with Dominic. It was not until he announced to everyone that he had "never been in love until now" that I really started supporting them as a couple. I'm not crazy for his character in Blood and Oil. I wish he would have stayed on Chasing Life and maybe ratings would not have been so bad and it would have gotten renewed.
O que mais amei nesse filme é a força que esse personagem masculino dava pra ela. Esse um amor forte e verdadeiro. Ele é um homem necessário,além de ajudar alguém com essa doença e mesmo ficando doente ele sempre tenta não transparecer,um ser muito forte daqueles q sofre sozinho. É sobre resiliência que esss personagem teve todo tempo. Adoro a cena que ele aparece de moto tipo bad boy só pra fazer charme. Queria mt que a rede Globo repetisse nas férias 🙏
The writers or "the show" didn't kill Leo, he had to die because he was starting a new show called "Blood and Oil." This is a frustrating thing that happens in shows when the actors are growing in popularity. Season 3 of Downton Abbey is another good example. Matthew and Sybil had to "die" because their popularity created so many new opportunities for them.
Shouldn't have killed him off why didnt it they just have them go off to Italy together. With us hoping she would live and he wouldn't get his tumour back. Still could have ended the series but on a wee happier note.
Your video really made me cry! I was not a fan of Leo in the beginning but he really grew on me in the second half of season one and season 2. They really had a epic love story and your video really captured each stage of their relationship.
This show doesn't have to over! Go to chasing life petition online and sign it. We only need 1, 315 more signatures. Everyone sign, this show needs to come back. It's changing people's lives!!

It’s just crazy bc he left for another show and both Chasing Life and Blood and Oil got cancelled so since just think if he would’ve stayed on for the last 4 episodes him and April probably would’ve gotten their happy ending

Gil T I adored that show. I remember me getting ready. it was right around the time of when I started watching the fosters and Faking it on MTV Then I found this show and vowed to watch every last episode. Then Leo died and it was over. And that sucked

I just starting watching Pretty little liars and there are a couple of love stories between Aria and Ezra and Toby and Spencer. I plan to do videos on the both of them in coming months. Rachel and FInn from Glee is another couple. Someone recommended One Tree Hill but I have not seen it yet. But all of these shows are on Netflix. I have not watched Red Band yet but I would like to.
