He will cut 25 bps and see what happens and try to slow roll down to 3% or so. Unless the 💩 hits the fan, then he will cut with a chainsaw instead of a scalpel.
@@Goofball333as far as I can tell, no credible source is claiming that NVDA is doing this. However, round tripping is when a company sells inventory to a client with an agreement to buy it back at a later time. This would result in a higher reported revenue, but would not, over time, result in the growth of earnings. In fact, one would assume a client would want a reasonable return on their cash to make this deal. Thus, it should result in a net loss of earnings, especially with risk free returns near 5% in the bond market. Who would take the risk for less than 10% right now? Businesses have a bottom line to maintain. Their cash needs to make money, like little employees that don’t need a lunch break and don’t complain so much.

It is in the interests of option writers to maintain and increase uncertainty and fear in the marketplace, if you think about it. And this comment itself may have that effect if you think about it. It is hard to exclude emotion.
Their game plan probably exceeds 6 months to a year. Also they sold their specific companies stock not an index fund. The 10 and 2 bond yield inversion is really long at this point. Massive sales by insiders and CEO’s. A very few companies hitting new highs while other companies struggle is carrying the market higher. Something is definitely going on we’re not privy to.
I never give it a second thought when a Founder CEO sells. But when a new appointee CEO sells, I better have a closer look. But then again, they get compensated with RSU and they have to have cash for that buying those yachts 😅
There are so many office towers empty in Canada and USA. More countries joining Brics, no more petro dollar to artificially inflated the USA dollar. Something got to break.
@vova5450 He's has a huge research team. It means that every ATH in the past has been beaten so chances are statistically great to see gains in the future.
I think a pullback of 3 to 5% is coming, especially if GDP is up thursday. I do not think that jenson selling means anything except that he probably either forgot to sell cuz he was so focused on geowing the company, or he made a promise to himself not to sell until nvda was buggest in the world. That said, a lot of people will look at this and think it DOES mean something and thus by secondary action, jenson selling will impact the market and the price of nvda. Probably down to 100 to 110 during this pullback which is where i will find all the cash i can to buy cuz you probably won't get that kind of diacount again until they officially announce a recession, or when the AI bubble actually bursts sometime in 3 to 4ish years. As they say, just my opinion(s). Love the channel and appreciate the educational impact it's had on me and my approach to trading. Definitely still clawing my way up this ridiculously steep learning curve!
