The pink bunny is called My Melody. She's a Sanrio character like Hello Kitty. I am so grateful for this massive haul! I've been wanting to get a new one piece and always struggle to find one long enough.

Same girl same. I was a 14 in my 20's and 16 in my 30's but was so self conscious I wouldn't wear a swimsuit. Now I'm 50 and size 18, but finally starting to say "who gives a sh*t"
Yep - never would buy a swimsuit until I was about 40, when I decided to quit giving a flip what others thought. Bought a suit, went to the beach and had a ball.

Also great job on the intro, very impressed and I really think it was thoughtful to have the “didn’t fit” parts in there and right after each brand specifically instead of waiting till the end and having them all in one. That rainbow suit from Amazon was pretty cool. And I agree about Torrid. I loved some of their suits in the past so much that I bought them even though I rarely can get to a pool. So I was kind of relieved when nothing this season really stood out to me. Lol. This was a fantastic haul from start to finish, though. And the editing was so good! You really outdid yourself with the work that went into this video. 😊

What exactly is a body suit ? How is that more modest ? Swimwear has the material to cover us when wet and it sucks you in . Please try a few suits . I myself want that swin dress!! You deserve to feel your best at the pool . We are our worst critic !! Im sure that your body is beautiful.

I LOVED your swim suit haul presentation! You have such a positive attitude. I really think with all your knowledge of what plus size women want and need and what is hip and what isn't...you SHOULD design your own SWIM SUIT LINE! For SURE! I'm 74, and am about 3 sizes so I don't know what the heck I would wear...but I can't walk up to water with having to not have any balance and use 2 canes and NO SAND to sink into! Last time I went swimming was in 1998 and I was a size 28 then. But you were fabulous! I loved every presentation you did! You ROCK!
I support old navy having to make difficult decisions to scale back in a couple of stores where there wasn’t much demand in order to keep plus size suits in most of their stores where people were actually looking for them!!! Smart but difficult business move!

Whatta haul!!!! As to Ulla Popken, I wore them a good 10 years ago. They were very matronly but that's what I was into at the time. I just checked the website and it looks like they've come up in the style world. Very well made.
They still are matronly, but their line "Studio Untold" is more modern. I sometimes buy "business clothes" there, because of the quality, but most of the times their cuts are really really boring and boxy (none of their printed shirts is fitted to curves) and are made for very tall women with not so much boob.

Ordered one from there too!!! And finally… Old Navy…. I too don’t mind ordering but really?!!! If you don’t carry things for plus in store, in abundance and consistently what are you saying? This is an amazing video. I agree with some of the other comments, if someone like you was around talking about swimsuits for plus size in the 80s and 90s it would have changed my entire life and the way I viewed my body.

Hot Topic's swimsuits really are surprisingly cute, well made, comfortable, and affordable. I have the sailor-moon, the strawberry milk hello kitty, and the my melody. As a girl with a larger bottom than top, I love the skirts that make the bottoms feel more secure.
I ended up buying my summer suit from Old Navy this year. 10/10 best selection and they are always having sales but I agree that taking extrended plus sizes out of stores hurts the community. It's a shame
I worked years and years in retail . Macys , Bloomingdale's, Layne Bryant to name a few. Im also plus sized . I was a 24 at my biggest and currently a 16 . I hear what you are saying its just that the larger sizes are not common similar to the tiny sizes . I remember when my daughters were not a kid size but not big enough for the junior dept there was nothing appropriate for them .Real estate in the store is limited and they keep what sells on the rack . What would be ideal if a plus size store like Torrid and Layne Bryant were to dedicate some space for larger sizes in store . They can easily research the need and demand for the extended sizes by looking at past sales .
this is the first year I've been comfortable wearing a string bikini! honestly I think they look better on me than a high rise bikini bottom. string bikinis are also awesome because of how adjustable they are.

Ulla Popken is German. Ulla is short for Ursula. I’ve never found anything that fit me quite right if I liked it and most items didn’t appeal to me. Pretty pricey, too. Haven’t looked for quite some time though because I dropped the weight.

I LOVE Miraclesuit swimsuits... you definitely get what you pay for! I wish you would've included this brand in try on because very high quality & classic staple styles.
$35-$50 is kind of my swimsuit limit. I actually bought a brand on Amazon called Daci and I really like the bathing suit I got. I like that they do like a size 22 or a 24 versus a 3X or 4X because I feel like I know more so where my size lies in numbers and I do with the X at the end.

Swimsuit shopping is horrible for me. Hate it. I'd rather not get in the water! Having said that...Land's End is the only place I'll buy from. They are the only suits that actually last more than one season!

It is German. Ulla Popken is German. But a more boring brand. The biggest in Germany for plus size. We do not have good plus size brands here in Germany.
