I am going to the place I have wanted to visit for many years: the world's largest refugee camp in Bangladesh. This camp is where Rohingya Muslims have sought refuge after fleeing from Myanmar, harboring the story of their escape from genocide.
I am embarking on this journey with the hope of being a voice for them. Rohingya Muslims living in Arakan have suffered persecution by the Myanmar government, forcing them to seek shelter in Bangladesh. The Myanmar government does not recognize Rohingya Muslims as citizens. In 2017, the Myanmar military launched a large-scale attack in Arakan, burning and destroying many villages, killing thousands of people, and forcing tens of thousands to flee to Bangladesh.
Let's go and take a look at their lives together!
Enjoy the viewing...
