Last week a few very kind subscribers tagged me in a video in which internet strongman phenomenon Larry Wheels details the daily diet he's following to try reach a body weight of 160kg...That's 352lb!

Been a while since the last daily diet challenge, and since a few people tagged me in Larry's video last week...And since the food choices looked so banging...I decided to give it a go! I agree, how does he do it? I just uploaded a 10k food challenge and I was in a much worse way then Adam and in comparison I didn't even eat that much. Larry has a really good natural physique. He just works really hard and eats a lot, easily achievable naturally. He was good friends with the holy grail of natty lifters, Rich Piana (RIP Rich)

Is it different across the pond? In the states we say jelly for seedless spreads and jam for jelly with seeds or whole fruit bits. Marmalade has rind in it, and a bit too bitter for my liking 🤷‍♂️

Dude, I've been a subscriber since you were around 100k. Just saw this video on my feed and wanted to check in. You're confidence in front of the camera has REALLY changed. You seem a lot more comfortable and just having fun and it shows. Not that your old videos are terrible...Just humbling to see the growth physically and mentally and gives me hope that I could grow more confident in front of the camera overtime. depends on the food but yes it naturally increases going from a fasted state to an acutely over fed state, nothing too drastic like

Great fun choice and right up our street. Mind you that looks like a modest daily calorie intake for a 350lb lifter - probably no where near the ideal macros as was high in carbs, medium fats and modest protein. Come on Larry man step it up dude. Great video man.

i don't eat for at least 24 hours...and when i do eat on days im not filming it's basically a tuna salad and some greek yogurt...so long and short of it is i hugely overeat twice a week and hugely under eat 5 times a week
