I was disappointed I couldn't find this game under metroidvania tag, nor under a platformers on the Steam Next Fest. I think you need to reconsider your tagging game :/

I like how y'all use the foreground and background, a lot neglect these space when considering interaction and gameplay, loving the use of adventure game mechanics too. The combat is boring tho

My thoughts? Enemies look very generic(floating eye, zombie thing) World you explore looks/feels empty Combat looks very simplistic and not very satisfactory also is rare and because of that feels as afterthought and not as vital part of gameplay loop So in my opinion parts between bosses(or boss) look very generic or even boring
