What I really love about Raiders is the way they captured, framed and lit iconic scenes to look like pages out of a comic book or graphic novel.

I actually think a collaboration between you guys and Corridor Digital would be a killer way to pull of the Bored Knight Chronicles. That kind of lore rewrite/expansion is def in their wheelhouse. Epicest crossover ever.

An interesting take on Crystal Skulls that I heard a couple years ago was that the theme of Indy movies match their time period. The first 3 are in the 30s so their theme is pulp action adventure. Crystal Skulls is in the 50s so its theme is B-movie Sci-Fi. That made me think about it in a new light. Still don’t like it, but interesting take.

Indy movies are always fun to watch, but there are only two I care to watch repeatedly and recommend and those are Raiders and Crusade. I think those are the only two perfect Indy’s

Can you please get screenwriter Terry Rossio on the podcast? He is one of best and successful writers in hollywood ever, with movies like Pirates of the Carribean, Alladin(2D), Shrek, Deja Vu(2006), Treasure Planet, etc. He has good screenwriting blog "Wordplayer" and has some good points about Indiana Jones, storytelling, filmmaking and tones of other interesting stuff to talk about.

Here's my top 5, because I can't stand the last one and I've always had a hard time watching temple of doom. To me, 4 is a bit terrible, yeah, and I don't like Shia as Indy's son, but it's adventure filled and still really fun to watch. 1 - Last Crusade 2 - Raiders 3 - Kingdom 4 - Temple of Doom 5 - Dial of Destiny

Crystal Skull is not that bad, you're overreacting because it did not match your wet dreams you were expecting for years. Happiness equals reality minus expectations. Same with Star Wars prequels. George Lucas is one of the all time greats and you are not fair to him. I like Indy 1-4 and SW 1-6, because they were made by original creators and there a lot to love in them despite flaws. Reject toxic fandom.

@@lynettra7818 You are free to dislike anything you wish. I don't mind people disagreeing with me with we can have constructive dialog and find truth in a debate. I use word "toxic" for those SW fans who constantly bash George Lucas like he is *&^ard or something. The man created the whole thing. Your dislike gone overboard that you started to use ad hominem attacks on him like bunch of whiny ungrateful bastards. Or should i say small toxic minority did and others started repeating it like sheep.
