What a brilliant cover! A song I had long ago forgotten but it’s perfect for them. I really hope TLDP does an album of covers at some point. Every one I’ve heard I’ve enjoyed.

When they played this in sydney last night i was blown away . I bought sparks album for this . Wouldnt you know it my fucking batttery never had enough charge to record it . The band were amazing . No one has to choose. They both exist to be enjoyed and if you prefer one over the other, that’s fine. I really like TLDP and I really liked Sparks back in the day - so I find a marriage of the two really interesting. Aurora did an amazing cover of Teardrop by Massive Attack for Triple J radio in Australia (it’s available on RU-vid) but that doesn’t mean I don’t love hearing the original as well.
