The structures you talk about protect us from the dangerous aspects of nature, so we can focus on enjoying the beautiful things about nature. I absolutely love to go to the woods far away from everything every once in a while and the sceneries are beautiful, but I sure am glad I don't have to live there all the time.

This music has really got me thinking about my life. Which is hard to do for some reason. I’m just thinking about where I’m at and what I’ve done. The hardest part is trying to think about my future because I’m not sure where I’m headed. But it doesn’t really matter as I’m only half way through my teenage years. The girl I loved for 5 years just broke up with me after we were dating for 3 months. I’m not satisfied. She finally loved me back and she broke up with me over text. I feel like I’m almost over it but I still think about her everyday. It doesn’t help that I still see her almost every week because we are in a tight knit friend group. I just don’t know. I’m so confused right now because I don’t have anything to think about. Nothing to occupy myself with. I’m lost I guess. But anyway I guess I should just say that this song from the game specifically is kind of a thing to help me think about everything and just accept it all. Kinda like the game itself. It’s such a relaxing game sometimes. Joel and Ellie have really been helpful throughout these hard times for me. The Last Of Us is probably my favourite video game and I’ve played it so many times. It’s really nice to just drift off and away from all the loud games like GTA V and MW. Anyway I guess I should just say that I hope everyone is doing alright through this extremely rough year and the road is only gonna get tougher from here as much as I hate to say it. It’ll get easier later than it will sooner. Treat yourself right and same to everyone else around you because they might just need a little bit of happiness in their life. Have a good day or evening depending on where you are and enjoy this music and the game. (Sorry if you read all that 😅)

Don't be sorry, friend. I can relate to what you said heavily, and I have some advice for you! It may seem crazy at first, but after some time it may make sense over time. "Everything happens for a reason" I know this is something a lot of people push, but I genuinely believe this piece of advice with all of my soul. I almost died thanks to an irresponsible drunk driver, but I didn't. I've had my fair share of hard times, and lived through it all. When I say everything happens for a reason, that reason may not be known to you yet, but it is there whether you see it or not. I have chased after the same girl/woman for 10+ years. After years of her treating me as simply a mere friend, I asked and begged for some kind of sign... I said, "If you are out there, give me a sign I am headed down the right path... Tell me what to do, if only once." and in that moment I was given a sign: a fragment of her name, on someone's shirt as they rode past me. It sounds silly, but I genuinely believe all things happen for a reason, and I think that you have a lot to learn and experience. It could be possible that my stumbling cross your comment is the sign you are asking for even. Whatever happens, there is a purpose to it, you just simply need to have patience and see it through. That woman I chased after for 10+ years (since middle school)? She and I are now happily dating, and she makes me as happy as can be, and she says the same. You may never wind up with the girl you have loved for so long, but spending so long with someone has changed you to a degree... For better or for worse, thus fulfilling the purpose she had in your life... Likewise, she may be the one for you, but the time is not right. In any case, if you simply accept that these things all happen for a reason, It will all make sense in the long run. I am sure this sounded very... preachy, but I am not pushing any religion to you. Whatever your beliefs are, these events had a purpose in your life, and perhaps still do. I hope you take this advice to heart, and you hang in there during the tough times, because whatever lies ahead in your future, the wait is worth it. Trust the random internet stranger, and stay strong, Friend. This comment is long, yes, but I hope it serves anyone who needs to see it well.

Lenny J thank you for this. You’ve helped me realize that not everything means nothing. Just after I started writing this comment my ex apologized for breaking up with me over text and hopes we can be very good friends again. Although it’s not what I want with her, it’s something. I’m sure that if I didn’t read this reply then I never would’ve gotten closure from her. This is because as you said, everything happens for a reason. I’ve been dealing with the break up very well and I’ve basically outgrown all of the pain I felt during the aftermath. Thanks for helping me through this by simply replying to my comment. You have no idea how much you helped me and the amount of hope you’ve given me. I hope you and your girlfriend have a happy long lasting relationship and that you never have to deal with that sort of stuff again. Thanks for giving me a reason to keep my head up and keep pushing forward.

It sounds silly, and this isn’t always the case, but my Gf and I have broken up several times throughout the years, and she pushed me away a lot, until this year when she had told me she was tired of running from this feeling between she and I. Sometimes you are out through things like this to learn lessons, be it from her or others. I’m not saying she might come back to you in the end, but the right person will make the effort to stay in your life, so if you really do care about her, staying friends and making sure she is happy is one of the best things you can do. Sometimes, we must endure pain to know what love feels like. I’m glad my comment helped. Keep your head up! 😁

Lenny J Thanks man you’ve helped me a lot. I hadn’t realized you replied until a few minutes ago when I decided to come back to listen to this music. But anyway, I don’t exactly know many people and a lot of my friends get awkward when I talk to them bout this kinda stuff. It’s strange that people on the internet like you are much more open and easier to talk to than people face to face. So thanks for that. But yeah I’m pretty sure ex is happy because she’s dating the guy that she was dating before me so that’s cool I guess. I don’t really care what she does anymore though as long as she doesn’t worry about me and she’s happy. It’s been long enough since the break up I’d think. I tried to move on to a different girl and I got close but she started dating a different guy so that kinda sucks but tbh I’m gonna just stick with the boys for awhile because they’re all I really need rn. I’m starting to realize how crazy women are. Anyways bro thanks I hope all is well and that it stays that way. I believe that you and your gf have a bright future ahead. 😄🙌🏼
