WOW!! What another extremely amazing, gut wrenching, emotional episode!! Props to Bella Ramsey for such a great job and this was one the most hardest thing she’s ever had to deal with. David is such a insane villain! The finale is going to be EPIC!

Best episode so far. Bella Ramsey has killed it and has shut her doubters up. David feeding that man to his kid and everyone else without them knowing was wild. I think he got off on that. And that baby girl at the end got me lol

I read that bella's voice in that scene where she yells at them for the deer, it was -17 while filming and she was just cold. Apparently that's why she sounded "older". ...now I live in Canada and I hate the cold. Props to them for filming in that AND THE BABY GIRL AT THE END... MY HEART

James was really adamant about either killing Ellie before they brought her back or letting her go, he didn’t seem very violent or malicious… which makes me think that maybe he was trying to have her go the easier way versus being with David and/or the human butcher shop. Also Ellie lowering her voice to try to sound more scary when she comes up behind them at the deer is so cute.

I got the impression that James pushing for Ellie's death was his own silent way of trying to give her a quick way out. The tension between him and David was played very subtly, but it just gave me the idea that James saw David as bad news, abusive, etc, and his thought process that putting Ellie down quickly would be a better fate for her than what David had planned.

love you guys, also it has been shown that injection into the wound has been more effective, also have you noticed that david had a bigger plate and he didnt act/look starved meaning that he probably eats everyday.

Yes, it's actually beneficial to put penicillin in the would directly. That being said, most times you wouldn't actually be able to do it due to how much it'd hurt the injured, but Joel's knocked out so in that sense it's not an issue.

A penicillin injection has to go into muscle. If you get one at the doctors office they give you the shot in the upper butt/hip area. 😊

10:00 - No vain necessary. That is an intramuscular injection of Penicilin. So ideal spot is right into a large muscle preferably as localized to the wound as possible. Right into the open wound is pretty hard core. Not recommended. But she did pretty good. You can argue she saved both Joel's and her life (twice) by doing this. Those injections work very fast too.

The group reminds of a poorer Termites from Walking Dead! Both were creepy and deadly. Remember when they had our team lined up ready to be beheaded!!! Great Episode. That David gave me the creeps from the very opening scene with his cultish group!! Poor Ellie and Great acting to Bella Ramsey!

Why does one who knows the game tell the other beforehand what will happen? What is this? He would never have thought so early that they would eat the girl's daddy and that James would shoot Ellie's horse was not yet foreseeable for the other.

Just couldn't stop himself from telling his friend about the cannibalism instead of the way Craig Mazin intended the audience to find out. Knowing what is about to happen always makes the experience better for someone watching who hasn't played the game, right? If only I knew who Kaiser Soze was before the reveal, then The Usual Suspects would have been so much better.

rage like u guys said but in the podcast they also mention that after the first few hits she pauses and starts hittin even more times like shes lettin every emotion and every thing that has happened to her come out all at once like she was takin it out on dead david by keep hitting him.. not only things that happened there but months before too from all the sadness and rage and grief of losing riley and everything up to that point. also meant to ask in my previous comment but where we find/get that the last of us tshirt :o i want to get some the last of us stuff / shirts

Why do you think hbo has limited the amount of infected in the show? 1 infected for episodes 6-8 combined seems low for a 100 million dollar budget in my opinion.

Pretty sure they just didn't want to focus on it since for show they are doing the story itself. And in the game infected become like side obsticals that are there for player to do something. If you're not following official podcast they answer a lot of questions there

No! Not IN the wound. Close to it, like the hip or the thigh. The name of the med and basic instructions would be on the bottle. But you also have to pull back on the syringe to make sure you didn't enter a vein. I'm a nurse and have given many shots. Anyway, that said, I loved this episode and David deserved the end he got. Bella Ramsey is phenomenal!

If we had more game adaptations everyone even boomers would learn to appreciate games. Imagine if we had a RDR2 show, The Walking Dead game as a spin off, or any choice based games like Wolf Among Us, Beyond Two Souls, etc. Fortunately we've got God of War show, Silent Hill 2 movie and FNAF movie confirmed in the works. People aren't ready for all of that.

This is a drama story in a apocalypse not an apocalypse show with drama …the only reason it didn’t get that vibe in the game was because of the combat section ..if you have that mentality genuinely you wouldn’t be thinking about that fact that there are less infected than you want

@@soulburst And the world cares about her immunity because even though we follow just two people in this fucked up world, and their minds going trough all of this, that setting of the apocalypse in the background of course it still exists, and it's more important for people like fedra or the fireflies for example. We just happen to follow those two people, not the whole damn world as a whole

It’s been decent, but I don’t believe people can start comparing TWD to TLOU because TWD went for 11 seasons with epic story lines over and over again, amazing acting, just so many wonderful episodes and it’s completely epic. TLOU is good so far. Don’t get me wrong. But it has had so many of the same issues/problems/situations as TWD, I would have thought bc of TWD they would have wanted to be as different as they could (which they are in some ways, particularly the virus/apocalypse reasoning) but so much is the same, IMO. The acting is on point though, for sure! Bella is terrific and so is Pablo/Paulo not certain of his name) I am still watching bc it’s def a good show, I just don’t think the two can be compared, at least not yet.

It's a shame to compare them at all. As a fan of the games and TWD, I think both series are ultimately trying to be very different things, despite the similarities in the world setting. But to be fair, the heart of this show is only starting to reveal itself. I'd suspect that in retrospect, once the full story of TLOU is finished, the legacies of both TWD and TLOU will hold very different places in people's hearts.

You are giving too much away just because you know the game. U alluded that the venison wasn’t really venison and you sort of gave it away that they were eating people. We wouldn’t have known this until Joel saw the bodies hanging from the ceiling, but you gave that away. On another video you said this episode we meet a new group and they are sadistic. You gave another aspect of the story away. Please be careful with the 2nd season. Please don’t spoil it for those of us who don’t know the game at all.
