The last ride of a 65yr veterian of the road. He was layed to rest doing what he loved best. "TRUCKING"!!!!!! He had over 10 million safe driving miles. Was dedicated to his family first, driving second, and eating third.
My faith is,"we depart from this world, doing the most we love to do,for are family, friends and community, get in gear move along, back and forth, till our name is call, LORD JESUS CHRIS!! I will return with YOU,and I'll be doing the same, but better oooh! Yeah!!!!! Be blessed all🙏🙏🙏🙏🚛
Oh, this makes me so sad. He will truly be missed. He was a big part of why I watched the show. Thanks for sharing this video. May he truly rest in peace, and may his family know they are not alone. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

My heart felt condolences to the family and friends of Darrell Ward. And a thank you to Ice Road Truckers. Without that show i would have never known who Darrell was. The Montana legend was one of the only reasons i watch the show. RIP
To me Darrell Ward was one of the best, I loved watching him on ice road truckers . He could do just about anything it took to Drive also fix things and help people along his long road trips both in Alaska and in Canada. Such a great man also trucking legend.

I know people are posting lovely things about Darrell Ward, but it's actually very disrespectful! This isn't even Darrell, this video was posted in 2012 and Darrell died in 2016. Sad for the family of this person if they read all the Darrell comments.
RIP driver but there is absolutely no way to have 10 million miles driving. The average miles a driver gets per year is 100,000 to 125,000 miles. So at 125,000 miles a year, he would have to drive 80 years to get 10 million miles and that is the very high end of the miles drivers get for a single operation. There are time constraints, dock problems, breakdowns, fuel stops, etc to deal with. BUT i am sure this gentlemen was in the top of the mileage getter's with a career that long.
Guy I work with has (3) 1 million mile award plaques and hasn't drove for half of what Daryl did. Yeah there are time constraints....now lol. 20 years ago, you got some cocaine and loaded up. Least that's what my co worker did. Said he had to slow down so the truck could keep up with him 😆 🤣
