Biden is above the law -- excuse me, too old and incompetent to face prosecution -- regarding classified documents he never even had the right to as a senator and then as a veep. Biden is above the law. The rest of DC is above the law. They come in poor and get rich off of meager salaries. There are a lot of people above the law. Many, many, many 2020 BLM rioters were let off the hook. They're above the law. Crooks and violent criminals in NYC and other urban areas are above the law. There are hundreds if not thousands of REPEAT VIOLENT offenders walking the streets due to leftist policies that refuse to lock them up. Those guys -- both the criminals AND the district/state's attorneys are above the law. Lots of people are above the law. Remember Bush and Cheney and their war crimes? They're above the law. It's not just about holding Trump accountable. Every time he opens his mouth he puts innocent people in danger, and that should be the judge's primary concern, not the logistics or optics of jailing a former president. So far it seems like our courts are filled with cowards. I hope real action is taken if Trump continues to endanger the people participating in this trial, but I'm not feeling much faith in our justice system these days.

Judge's warning is confusing. He's saying Trump is getting special treatment by court. That said the court needs to start planning for jail when and if he's convicted. It's almost certain he will be convicted of some if not all of the 88 charges. Need to start figuring it out now
