Personally I think all evidence should be made public at the end of the day Trump is a candidate for the presidency and that on its own should be reason enough every American citizen has the right to know what type of person is on the ticket before they vote ,I'm very sure if this was Harris or Biden thos Republican party and its stacked court would have made a different ruling regarding immunity, everything should be out there for everyone to read so people can make a true informed assessment of who they want too vote for .
It has been said that DC is built just for this kind of cases. Very sophisticated. Very deep and in-depth. And that they have all the resources to give one a quick and speedy trial! Let's see how this plays out.

The decision by Judge Chukin to allow the extensive briefs of Jack Smith was a good one in my humble opinion. The recent Supreme Court decision on immunity warrants a bit more to extrapolate in terms of briefs relative to the Jan. 6 case. If the attorneys on the Trump team are not cooperative with Judge Chukin’s decision, then they shouldn’t expect the judge to be placed in a position to change her mind and/or concur with them without equivocation in my humble opinion. I'm pretty sure I read the 'bombshell', 'stunning' (etc. etc.) news about the 180 page brief about 2 days ago! I also heard the further analysis about the voluminous supporting documents.
