I would like to see you do an American map Daggerwin. Middleburgh has a nice map with various size fields and a few farms you can choose to start at, making it a bit more different. A few options for a great survival style series too! Thanks for sharing.
I'm in the US and would love to see you do Frontier also. It adds a lot of new gameplay mechanics. It would also keep it a bit more interesting for you. A solo start from zero would be awesome. The beginning struggle is always fun.
Hi Daggerwin. I'm from South Africa, in regard to your map question... Please could you try one of the Italian or European maps? Love the fact that you can farm olives and grapes etc while being geographically accurate! Could you also possibly add a mini series of experiments such as best production chains, etc.
The thing is you usually do UK/European maps with small fields and tight lanes, then put absurdly large pieces of kit on them, like this planter. It would be nice to see you on a map where you don't spend half your time crashing into stuff. Add in some decent realism mods, such as advanced maintenance and the ones which delete animals that fall below 0% health, which maybe will teach you to look after stuff better. Big fields don't have to be boring. With mods like Courseplay and Autodrive you can have several combines working and unloading simultaneously whilst you're narrating something else. You use so little functionality in this game, even though you know it's there.
I just started "Frontier" and I have to say so far it is the most immersive map I have played on FS22, It has some productions that I see people complaining are "Not Farming" but gosh just dont do them if that bothers you. It has got me excited about the game again.
Fun to watch you Daggerwin. Am a huge fan from USA. A map I think fits your play style though it is US would be Hillibee Creek. I had many hours of fun on that map. As a fan it would be super cool to see you on that map. Keep doing all that you do. Your hard work and dedication to your videos and us does not go un-noticed. You are a rock star of FS 🙂
My vote for a new map goes for -Ballyspring- Castelnaud. But, really, I'll watch anything you make, Daggerwin, keep up the fantastic work! I'm from Arkansas, USA, btw, so not all of us are the UK :)
@@johannbell333 Yes Ballyspring is the current Survival Roleplay map, while to looks like an awesome map, I dont think he should do another lets play on it until he finishes the current Survival Roleplay series.
I also have a Map to suggest: It is called "Hinterland" and from the description i read, it seems to me to have been build in the Spirit of "No Man´s Land" but in Germany
There are so many great maps out there. Although I'm going to be wholly unpopular I think by pointing out that at the start of the series you said you were going to do this map for a while and even expand to buy the small farm down the road. You said you'd do that on FS19 as well 😅I'm UK but I wouldn't be against going for a map where you really need to go-big-or-go-home equipment like "Big Texas" or similar. I do love your 'starting from small and growing' style plays, but sometimes watching you use the big old' tractors is fun!
should do edgewater Saskatchewan as there is swathing crops like real life in the area. not to mention the historical connection to britian and the fact that us canadians are under represented in the FS community even though we have nice farms and farm towns
Classic (pre 1990s) equipment on The White Farm map. Small map and really well set up for some classic equipment. A full farm of implements as opposed to survival style would be fun as well.
There is the Iowa Plains View map, has an abandoned farm, maybe your farmer has decided to sell up and leave for the New World to start their mega American farm, taking all your earnings could lead to a nice farm renovation and using some super large machinery in the large fields. There are also a few custom productions that you haven't covered on other series.
I would love to see you do a lets play on Rennabu. Tons of room. Beautiful. So much space for productions and explorations. Larger and smaller equipment can be used if you want. Lots of places for different stories to be told due to the diversity of the map. It has the upgraded Haut Bayleron vibe. It was a shame to only see it in that short window in Competitive Multiplayer. I am hoping I am not alone in thinking this.
Bucks County map has some new crops: millet, rye, lavender, onion, carrot. Might be fun to see some US maps for a change. Also you did Bucks County review in FS19
Been watching a couple videos on the frontier map and it looks really good. Also has like iron and stuff from platinum expansion which is a nice addition
Map: i would love to see you play on Caustelnaud, i really enjoy it and it's so well made. Other options that are really good for gameplay and well made: Oostseekuste22, Maypole Farm, Fichtal, Somewhere In Thuringia III, ... I can think up a lot, but it depends on what style you want to play. I'll watch you play any map :)
Loved the series, Daggerwin! I usually go for Euro maps, because I love the aesthetic but it seems like they're often better with smaller equipment (case in point - this episode!). If you're going to roll over the cash from this series, it seems like you're setting up for big machines in the next one so in that case, maybe trying your hand at an American map. Rolling hills of fields and wide open spaces has its own charm! Alternatively, if you stay in the Euro genre, maybe starting small but with expensive stuff like olives and grapes and their respective equipment could be different and fun. Angle towards those productions (though, not to the complete disregard of normal crops, hopefully)!
Writing from the U.S. I enjoy watching the European content as I’m not from there. That being said, would you consider a map like ‘Hills of Tuscany’? I think it would be fun to get your perspective on wine and olive farming, among other crops. This map has red and white grapes and places to grow olive groves. Could be a good scenario for a series.
Id love to see an Australian map! Would be awesome to see how that map is made for 1, and 2, even better to see you work on one!! I binge watch your videos all the time. My partner hates when I watch without him lol
I'm from Norway, but I wouldn't mind seeing a american style map with masive equipment. Beeing a european I've seen small scale european farming before, I can just go look at my neighbours.
I'm from Saskatchewan Canada. I'd Recommend Edgewater Saskatchewan map Fun map interesting shaped fields. plus 3 new crops to grow. flax, peas, lentils
I'm from the States. I would enjoy seeing you do a series on an American map. I think the Frankenmuth map is a good representation of a typical American farm.
Hiya Daggerwin!! Check out Iowa Plains View. I'm a bit partial, since I'm from Iowa. 😊 It's a nice medium to big field map with lots of places to make changes, build out the town as you like, etc. Been playing on it for 2 months now, IRL. Whatever you choose, enjoy!! ❤
It is a good time for a good American map I think! Glad you said that. A lot of good options out there, more than in past games I think. You did that really small mini series on bucks county on 19, that map is back if you want to continue. But there are many other good options as I said. Love your videos always!
Hey daggerwin I'm a console player so not sure which maps you have on pc but could I suggest Carpathian countryside. It seems the best of both worlds. Still a European map but with slightly larger fields and equipment like a us map. Either that or frontier I'd like to see how your play style fits with that map. No matter what we will all still be watching. Much love mate.
Im an American from Ohio. My opinion would be to stick to British style maps. I feel your gameplay style suits those maps best. If anything, maybe a competitive multiplayer or during the roleplays you could visit an American style map. Similar to what you did with the Aussie map a while back.
There is a quite good finnish map called sariola, it's a 4x map with mostly small to mediums fields. Iowa plains view is also a very good american style map
How about The Valley The Old Farm. Started playing that one and real nice map, great variation on the fields, bale storage is great function and the main farm is a great layout. Map is a decent size also
