The problem has been a problem across democrat and republican administrations and when each party has had complete control of policy. Immigration is an intentional problem. Owners use cheap labor to divide the public against each other and the immigrants. The reason we should point the finger at the rich people instead of poverty stricken immigrants is because rich people set policy... so it's their responsibility. Instead of making enemies and problems of immigrants Texas could try something new and welcome immigrants and provide for them. The reason this is unpopular with most people is because they are afraid the cost of such programs will be taken from them... instead of from the people who are creating the problem policies. And this is a valid fear... that is what rich people do... get others to pay. Point being, it's still the responsibility of the rich people who set policy, and our jobs as decent human beings to mitigate the damage the greedy people do.
